Work closely with consultants, analysts, and actuaries to integrate analytical outputs into holistic solutions, and assist in developing proposals and research for new captive opportunities. Attributes and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus. Experience in risk management, insurance, or consulting, preferably within the captive insurance sector are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Self-motivation with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment where exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills are essential.
