About the InternshipAs a member of our front office staff, you'll work alongside full-time team members and take on meaningful responsibilities that directly impact the success of the season. In addition to office-based projects, interns gain hands-on experience by working home games and other events at WellSpan Park, applying what they've learned to real game day situations. This includes engaging with fans, assisting in promotions, and helping deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our gates. Please note that this position requires regular manual labor as part of the responsibilities.
Duration: Approximately March 1 - September 30
Compensation: $1000 monthly stipend

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Director of Operations to keep everything running smoothly, from game days to special events.
Help maintain a first-class venue by assisting with power washing, painting, cleaning, furniture setup, and other maintenance projects.
Oversee the game-day setup and management of the kids' playground, ensuring it's safe, fully staffed, and ready for young fans to enjoy.
Manage and schedule stadium operations staff, helping to ensure efficiency and a seamless fan experience.
Assist in stadium renovations and improvement initiatives that enhance the fan experience.
Assist with tarp deployment during inclement weather to keep the field game-ready.
Assist in the set up, and managing of various non-baseball events
Support general office operations and assist with day-to-day stadium functions.
Conduct routine repairs and upkeep to keep the stadium in top condition (experience in facility maintenance is a plus, but not required).
All team members of the York Revolution contribute to event operations, which includes some physical tasks as part of creating the best fan experience possible.

Pay Transparency
