Andrew Bruce is the founder and CEO at Data Gumbo, a Houston-based technology company creating an interconnected blockchain network to streamline smart contracts management for industrial companies, such as oil and gas.

Over 18 years of experience within Software Development. Former founder and co-owner of First Interactive AS (Acquired by Aker Solutions).

With over two decades of experience in enterprise software sales at Workday, Oracle and Microsoft, Arend joins Data Gumbo at a critical juncture to assist companies, customers, vendors and suppliers across the industrial spectrum with access to cash flow, an imperative in today’s market climate via blockchain-based smart contracts.

Arend comes to Data Gumbo with a blend of experiences from startup to larger enterprise solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with executives to digitally transform key processes leveraging technology. As a sales leader, he has built and led top-performing sales teams at both Workday and Oracle. At Oracle, Arend served nine years as a Regional Manager where he built, managed and led a direct sales team, virtual inside sales team, and a network of resellers that marketed Oracle’s portfolio of business applications. In this role, Arend led a transformation from traditional perpetual software sales to a higher volume business leveraging Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions. While at Microsoft, he was Partner Manager, responsible for managing the Houston area business partners, and a contributing member of the top-performing sales team in the US.

Kelly Christofferson is a Commercial Chief of Staff at Data Gumbo and is based in Houston, Texas. She has worked as Risk Analyst at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Contract Admin/Settlement/Risk Analyst at Koch Industries, and Software Sales Executive at ICAP.

Robert “Bob” Low is the Chief Financial Officer at Data Gumbo, and he has served in this type of role for more than 30 years. His focus has been financial management consulting to entrepreneurial companies, and he has worked with more than 100 companies and raised more than $100M in venture funding. Prior to that he twice worked as controller of high technology startups, and he also has served as CFO of a $100M+ software company, SunGard Energy Systems. Bob has extensive experience in securing venture and bank financing, due diligence, implementing accounting systems, preparing financial forecasts and nonprofits. He has also authored two books on the financial management of smaller companies. Bob received his B.A. degree from Rice University and his Master’s degree from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Robin Macmillan is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Data Gumbo. With a 40+ year career in energy, Macmillan was previously Vice President and Senior Vice President for Business Development at National Oilwell Varco (NOV Inc.), Manager of Schlumberger Drilling and Measurements in Canada and President at the drill bit company ReedHycalog. He is the current VP of Drilling Services at the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), where he is also Chair Emeritus of the Advanced Rig Technology committee, as well as vice-chair of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Drilling Systems Automation Technical Section. He holds a degree in Geology from the University of Leeds in England.
