Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Specialty Nutrition Systems, NICU Specialist is responsible for the positioning and selling of Avanos Medical Digestive Health-NeoMed-related products and solutions within both Acute Care and Alternate Care accounts/facilities/departments. Responsibilities include all technical and conceptual sales aspects of the Avanos Medical DH-NeoMed product portfolio including, but not limited to, the validation of Avanos Medical's DH-NeoMed product cost/value proposition leading to increased year-on-year sales as per the Avanos Medical Digestive Health sales plan and territory sales objectives.
Digestive Health-NeoMed Products:
Neonatal and Pediatric enteral feeding system including enteral feeding tubes and accessories, enteral feeding syringes, and enteral feeding syringe pumps. Pharmacy: Oral/Enteral Pharmacy syringe solution and accessories. Kits: Oral Care, Colostrum, Transfer Lids, Catheterization Trays, Urinary Kits.

The ideal candidate for the NICU Specialist will utilize personal skills, product expertise, and clinical expertise to maintain and build existing and new revenue within a set sales territory. The NICU Specialist will be responsible for a continued demonstration of sales expertise of appropriate skills and functions that include but are not limited to product presentations, clinical presentations, product pricing, sales territory management, internal and external communication, and accurate sales forecasting/reporting. These activities are to result in net sales and profit growth by achieving product and sales category objectives within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales positioning, analysis, and in-service implementation of all AVANOS DH-NeoMed product categories leading to year-on-year sales increases as per the AVANOS DH sales plan.
The development and implementation of strong business value selling skills and overall AVANOS DH-NeoMed sales acumen.

Tactical implementation of selling and business activities developed and implemented by the sales region to meet sales objectives

Effective utilization of AVANOS DH-NeoMed sales and marketing resources necessary to meet objectives
Effective territory budget management and utilization of AVANOS DH sales support resources, per compliance policy
Active participation with the Region Manager in the strategic and tactical planning processes

Required:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 3 or more years of sales experience in B2B or the Health Care industry.

Ensure Integrity of measurement data from field origin device is correct. * Ensure that system balance reports are maintained and correct. * Utilize different software and field resources to verify field data and applications are correct pertaining to system balances. * Witness meter performance verifications as performed, by Contractor, In House or 3rd party Companies measurement technicians, as needed. * Utilize Scada and Flow Cal systems to review, troubleshoot and/or trend abnormal or unexplained events, which impact Measurement Data and LAUF results. * Understand system gain/loss processes. * Work with and assist multiple different departments to help resolve LAUF issues. * Utilize GPS devises and software to verify and build maps. * Safely operate and haul an ATV in a field gathering system. * Actively participate in safety program and initiatives. * Safely operate a UAS in a field gathering system. Summary:
The Environmental Emergency Response/Remediation Specialist coordinates with and provides support to Field Operations teams, Engineering, Regulatory, Safety, Legal, and Construction personnel to ensure compliance with all environmental requirements and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and conduct activities for soil and groundwater large and small-scale remediation projects.
Assess and evaluate soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water site data.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Conduct verification sampling to assess the progress of site cleanups.
Prepare proposals and write remediation reports confirming the work done and that project objectives have been met.
Oversee contracts and budgets for remediation projects.
Analyzing data and preparing reports
Communicating on the phone and in meetings with operations and government departments, and presenting remedial action plans and recommendations
Researching remediation techniques and consulting with other remediation specialists and professionals
Touring and inspecting sites
Support Operations and Environmental Compliance Specialist during emergency response efforts, including but not limited to short term and long remediation efforts as well as waste management
Requirements:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience. BS degree in environmental science/geology/engineering or related field preferred.
8+ years experience in an emergency response/remediation related position
Excellent verbal & written communications skills and able to effectively interface with all levels of management, field personnel and professionals
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work and adaptable to changing due dates
Demonstrated organization, attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to manage work load independently and deliver timely and accurate results
Capable of working well under restricted timelines and in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the organization
Ability to drive a company vehicle and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
Experience in Soil/groundwater sampling
Experience with TXRRC, TCEQ, NMOCD, and NMED regulations and requirements as well as BLM and NMSLO requirements for emergency response and remediation activities
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Specialist/Analyst level requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 6-8 years of relevant work experience
The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a a high school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant work experience
