QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred. Three years of experience working with affordable housing and housing subsidies and/or database technologies preferred. Strong project management, quality improvement, and organizational skills required. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently desired. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills required. Ability to effectively present information, collaborate, and respond to questions from groups of staff, managers, and various stakeholders required. Proven track record of meeting project deadlines/deliverables with successful outcomes desired. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced business environment desired. Proficient with Yardi, Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfort learning new software and tracking systems preferred. Power BI and Azure skills preferred. PREFERENCE GIVEN TO: Candidates who live within two miles of Metro Housing|Boston's headquarters at Roxbury Crossing. Candidates with multilingual skills (verbal and written).
