Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director, Global Security leads the development and execution of a comprehensive global security strategy for a medical device company operating in over 90 countries. This executive-level role is responsible for protecting the organization's people, assets, information, and reputation through proactive risk management, compliance oversight, and crisis preparedness. The role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a global security strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Security Management
- Lead a high-performing global security team, including internal staff and co-sourced partners.
Brand Ambassador
- Establish and maintain a world-class security culture, awareness, and training program.
Fiscal Responsibility
- Develop and manage the global security budget, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Risk Assessment
- Conduct global risk assessments to identify threats to people, property, and reputation.
Site Leadership
- Direct site security operations globally, ensuring optimal use of personnel and technology.
Crisis Management
- Co-lead Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs, including training and preparedness exercises.
Executive Protection
- Oversee executive protection and security for Board meetings and corporate events.
Global Events and Activities
- Manage international travel security and advance operations.
International Compliance
- Lead compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs.
Standards
- Develop global standards and policies for import/export security compliance.
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and international security counterparts.
Cross Functional Relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, IT, HR, Operations and other departments to address security concerns.
Legal Processes
- Support litigation matters and liaise with law enforcement on criminal investigations.
Your qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or its non-U.S. equivalent - required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate and/or government security (law enforcement or other relevant experience) with a preference for experience in a global multinational corporation.
Experience in international security operations, especially the US-Mexico Border.
English language fluency required.
Travel:
25-50% global travel, often on short notice. Must be available 24/7 for emergencies and business continuity needs.
Preferred:
Advanced degree, including MBA, JD, or equivalent - preferred.\
Specific training in security, law enforcement, and global security areas - strongly preferred.
Experience in Healthcare industry - Device, Pharma, or Biotech is preferable.
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred Other languages helpful.
Security certifications preferred (CFE, CPP, PSP)

Salary Range:
The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $180,000.00 - $220,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the base posted.

The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000/year, with a variable bonus, based on performance. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Key Responsibilities
Identify, investigate, and analyze instances of alleged Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Develop leads presented to the SIU to assess and determine whether potential FWA is corroborated by evidence.
Conduct both preliminary assessments of FWA allegations, and end to end full investigations, including but not limited to witness interviews, background checks, data analytics to identify outlier billing behavior, contract and program regulation research, provider and member education, findings identification, develop recommendations, preparation of overpayment identifications, and closure of investigative cases.
Prepare detailed preliminary and extensive investigation referrals to Federal and/or State regulatory and/or law enforcement agencies when potential FWA is identified as required by regulatory and/or contract requirements.
Render provider education on appropriate practices (e.g., coding) as appropriate based on national or local guidelines, contractual, and/or regulatory requirements.
Prepare audit results letters to providers when overpayments are identified.
Prepare and conduct in-depth complex interviews relevant to investigative plan.
Present, support, and defend investigative research to seek approval for formal corrective actions.
Establish and maintain relationships with Federal and State law enforcement agencies, task force members, other company SIU staff and external contacts involved in fraud investigation, detection and prevention.
Support regulatory communication requests as required, including providing claims data analysis, medical policy guidelines, and other documents/information.
Support the FWA Program's short and long-term goals, as developed by Management, to prevent, detect, and correct issues of fraud, waste, and abuse.
Review the FWA Program's policies and procedures, guidelines, practices, templates, and tools and make recommendations for revisions, as identified.
Identify potential risks, non-compliance and/or alleged violations within the Plan or with external partners and issue root cause analysis/corrective action plans, as appropriate.
Collaborate with internal partners on FWA intelligence and initiatives and assist with tracking and trending to identify potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
Coordinate with Compliance Auditors as it relates to FWA issues and help implement process improvement measures to prevent, correct, and mitigate those risks in the future.
Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure Plan operations are successful.
Qualifications
Education & Requirements
Four (4) or more years relevant professional experience in a health care environment, with an emphasis in fraud, waste, and abuse investigations, including Federal and State reporting requirements
Experience in health care fraud investigation, detection, and/or healthcare related specialty including but limited to; Pharmacy, DEM, Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Hospice, Home Health, claims, or claims processing preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments on a regular basis to understand business requirements and needs, participate in working sessions and acquire feedback on documentation.
- Perform strategic and ad-hoc data work in support of Product Managers and Product Owners
- Analyze and manage moderately complex business process flows and updates to system process flows and requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation / product development & customer education materials
- Create and maintain internal documentation for the Connection Point team included but not limited to job aids and on-boarding materials.
- Work with Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Analysts to ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
- Oversee multiple forms of documentation audits on existing documentation in SharePoint and Confluence.
- Manage and maintain process improvements. This includes but is not limited to collaboration with PM's, PO's and PAs and in some cases other Connection Point departments.
- Create, update, and maintain internal and documentation, including process guides, work instructions, and training materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure documentation accurately reflects processes and procedures.
- Review and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity, usability, and compliance with standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives by documenting changes, workflows, and system updates.
- Utilize document management systems and Microsoft Office tools to organize and distribute documentation effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ Years.
- Preferred SAFe Agile Certification(s).
- Preferred Jira/Confluence experience.
- Preferred learning development / documentation experience.
- Preferred technical writing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years' relevant experience with documentation and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop documentation.
- Familiarity with document management tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Release of Information Specialist I (ROIS I) The Release of Information Specialist I (ROIS I) initiates the medical record release process by inputting data into Verisma Software. The ROIS I works quickly and carefully to ensure documentation is processed accurately and efficiently. This position could be based out of a Verisma facility, at a client site, or in some instances may be done remotely. The primary supervisor is Manager of Operations, Release of Information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner
Process requests utilizing Verisma software applications
Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues
Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process
Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations
Provide exemplary customer service in person, on the phone and via email, depending on location requirements
Interact with customers and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner
Utilize reference material provided by Verisma to ensure compliance and confidentiality is always maintained
Attend training sessions, as required

Minimum Qualifications:
