My interests and experience span multiple areas. Having started my professional career at RIM, I have worked for IBM, Deloitte, McMaster RFID Applications Lab and iBoost as well as started a few tech based startups. I have led product, strategy and talent development initiatives as well as innovation management projects for large and small organizations. Most of the initiatives that I have been involved with have been multi-party collaborations.More recently I have focused on helping design, develop and launch initiatives to help strengthen Canadian entrepreneurs and venture investors.I am currently pursuing my PhD at University of Cambridge.
