I am a strategic business leader with broad and progressive experience who leverages a unique blend of technology and process re-engineering to transform businesses, drive growth, and build value. I have built and/or led data-driven organizations with in-depth knowledge of big data and advanced analytics in sectors such as CAD/CAM, eCommerce, Insurance, manufacturing and Industrial IoT. I have hands-on experience in the high tech business operations management, Sales and GTM and on-demand enterprise software development in both VC and PE backed start-ups as well as established organizations. I am a strategic thinker, results-driven and strong driver of end-to-end business transformation with creative problem solving capability and exceptional ability to attract top talent and build agile teams. Specialties: Strategy and execution, start-ups growth and turn-around expertise, business development and go-to-market strategies, Sales, M&A and strategic partnership. Franco Petrucci founded Decisyon and previously served as CEO. After graduation, he founded his first company (FP) and then a second one (Unyversys) in 2001, which grew to a size of 15 employees. While he was building these two companies, Franco was also involved in big projects with a number of companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Wyeth, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Trelleborg. His work covered all company departments: production, planning, purchasing, shipping, sales, finance, quality control and quality assurance. Mr. Petrucci graduated from the University of Rome La Sapienza, with a degree in Electronics Engineering. While at the university, he held freelance positions as a programmer, analyst, system administrator, process consultant and project manager on complex multinational projects.

Max Pane is Chief Technology Officer. One of Decisyon’s co-founders, Max has been with the company for more than 10 years and has 20 years of software and infrastructure experience. A digital technology visionary, his responsibilities are anchored in technology, product architecture, performance and security including software design & quality, infrastructure optimization and DevOps. He leads Decisyon’s engineering teams and works directly with our sales team and technology partners to ensure that our products deliver the world-class performance, compliance, automation and security Decisyon’s clients deserve. Prior to Decisyon, Max worked with ISP, networking and software development companies in diverse verticals such as manufacturing, marketing, CRM and data analytics. Max has been a key figure for Decisyon in large-scale deployments for a number of our marquee clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth, Pfizer, Adeo and GE. He was an early adopter of cloud PaaS (platform as a service) and IaaS (infrastructure as a service) providers such AWS, PCF and OpenStack and led the effort to create Decisyon’s cloud native platform, Decisyon App Composer (DAC) for Predix.
