Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities) * Support the end-to-end delivery of custom AI solutions, prototyping including data preparation, development, model integration, testing, and deployment. * Establish observability for AI services (LLM, RAG, ML pipelines) with dashboards, alerts, and SLA/SLO tracking. * Manage incident/problem/change processes for AI workloads; perform root‐cause analysis and controlled releases. * Govern prompt lifecycle (versioning, rollback, evaluation) and enforce guardrails to reduce hallucinations. * Monitor token usage and optimize cost, context windows, and retrieval quality for GenAI solutions. * Operate ML pipelines with drift detection, data quality checks, and reproducibility controls. * Configure and maintain enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio) within sandboxed environments and DLP guardrails. * Define and maintain operational runbooks, escalation matrices, and support tiers (L0/L1/L2). * Coordinate secure access provisioning and audit trails for AI platforms and vendor teams. * Implement gated approvals and change control for deployments across Dev/QA/Prod environments. * Drive Responsible AI governance: complete intake assessments, risk profiling, and maintain audit‐ready documentation. * Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. * Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools to inform solution design and delivery strategies. * Participate and lead meetings when needed as it relates to updates on product build or implementation activities Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Proficient in Python and key AI/ML libraries (pandas, PyTorch, scikit‐learn, MLflow) and LLM frameworks (LangChain, embeddings, vector DBs). * Foundational understanding of LLMs, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering (zero‐shot, few‐shot, chain‐of‐thought). * Hands‐on coding experience across multiple languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js) for backend and frontend development. * Familiarity with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and frontend technologies (ReactJS). * Strong grasp of database design and query languages (SQL, NoSQL). * Working knowledge of SDLC best practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). * Experience with containerization and deployment fundamentals (Docker, Kubernetes). * Understanding of cloud computing concepts and managed AI services (Azure preferred). * Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model registry, drift monitoring, and rollback strategies. * Awareness of Responsible AI principles, security, and compliance in enterprise AI solutions.
