About the Role We're looking for a talented Structural Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and technical design, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to a wide range of structural engineering projects. You'll conduct site walkthroughs, perform structural analysis, prepare detailed drawings, and support construction-phase activities while maintaining strong communication with clients and project partners. Key Responsibilities * Conduct site walkthroughs and field assessments to document existing conditions. * Perform structural analysis and design for custom single‑family homes, structural repairs, renovations, new construction, and specialty engineering for steel fabricators. * Produce detailed structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD. * Conduct inspections and phase observations during construction to verify compliance with design intent. * Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
