We are hiring an On-Site Overnight Project Coach to join our fun team in Tucson, AZ! In this role, you'll supervise and develop a team of call center agents. You'll drive performance, build a happy team, and help develop individual skills. *Position is on-site in our Tucson, AZ contact center.
What you will be doing:
You'll start by going through a comprehensive paid training program for roughly 11 weeks to teach you the ropes and prepare you for the role. The expected schedules for training are 7:30am-4:30am AZ Monday-Friday (7 weeks) and 7:00am - 4:00pm AZ Monday-Friday (4 weeks). The post-training schedule will be overnight. Following training you will:
Work with a team of people and help them get the most out of their natural talents.
Manage a team of 15 or more call center agents who interact with our clients' customers who call us to get help.
Collaborate with management and your peers to discover best practices and brainstorm ideas to solve challenges big and small.
Identify opportunities for individual and team performance improvement, follow an improvement process, and bridge the gap.
Positively resolve conflict and achieve excellent results by balancing a sense of empathy, care, and performance with customers and staff.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and preschool-focused Basketball Coach to lead a series of instructional clinics across three county regions. This contracted coach will deliver one basketball clinic in each region, with four sessions per clinic, for a total of 12 sessions starting in January 2026.
Clinic Structure & Locations
North Adams Clinic: 4 sessions - $1,200
Pittsfield Clinic: 4 sessions - $1,200
Great Barrington Clinic: 4 sessions - $1,200
Total sessions: 12
Session Rate: $300 per session
Total Contract: $3,600
Responsibilities
Plan and lead engaging basketball skill-building sessions for youth participants.
Create a positive, instructive, and inclusive environment.
Teach fundamentals including ball-handling, shooting, defense, footwork, and teamwork.
Manage clinic flow, group drills, and session timing.
Communicate effectively with program coordinators and participants.
Ensure safety standards and facility guidelines are followed.
Requirements
Qualifications
Prior coaching experience with youth.

**Timeline of completion of the 45 hours is dependent on the candidate's date of entering childcare industry; must enroll within 90 days to take coursework and complete within 12 months to not exceed 15 months.
Experience:
Two years of experience in teaching pre-school or kindergarten age plus two years of supervisory experience required. Some experience in financial management and budgeting preferred. Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.
Also required: Preschool CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) Certification within 6 months from date of hire and maintain certification/reliability renewals annually. Infant/Toddler CLASS Certification within 6 months from the date of hire and maintain certification/reliability renewals annually, if applicable. Certification in First Aid and CPR within six months of the date assigned to this position; and successful completion of a Level II background screening and drug screening prior to hiring. Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1's members Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams, by:

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
As a HYROX Coach at D1 Alliance, you'll lead structured group classes and personal training sessions focused on preparing athletes for HYROX races. Your goal is to build strength, endurance, speed, and mental toughness while minimizing risk of injury.
Responsibilities:
Lead HYROX-focused group training and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Develop and deliver periodized training programs tailored for the 8 HYROX stations and running intervals
Modify programming to meet the needs of all fitness levels
Track athlete progress and prep them mentally and physically for race day
Promote education around movement mechanics, pacing strategies, and recovery
Cultivate strong relationships with athletes to build retention and accountability
Bring intensity, passion, and leadership to every session
What We're Looking For
Required:
1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, group fitness, or performance coaching
Level 1 HYROX Certification (will be provided)
NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, etc.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Passion for coaching functional fitness or hybrid athletes
Ability to scale workouts for various fitness levels
Preferred:
CSCS certification
HYROX race experience or coaching hybrid athletes (HYROX, DEKA, CrossFit, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field

The Health Coach will be knowledgeable in the anatomy of the body and will be able to positively identify physical issues caused by a persons posture, movement or lack of movement, and how they perform certain exercises. In addition, and in respect to our other coaching pillars (nutrition, mental health, sleep), you will understand the roles good nutrition and mental health play in optimal health and how they work synergistically with exercise.
Key Responsibilities
Offer tailored guidance based on the patients health data to assess exercise, health, and wellness goals, with direct coaching sessions monthly.
Based on a patients lab and DNA results, collaborate with the clinical team to provide expert insight and interventions that encompass exercise and movement, dietary recommendations, and mental health strategies to ensure the patient has all the tools necessary to be successful.
Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
Stay current with the latest developments in exercise, health and wellness practices, incorporating evidencebased techniques into coaching sessions.
Offer empathetic and motivational support to patients, helping them overcome obstacles and maintain their commitment to wellbeing.
