The Underground Keyhole Utilities / Core Drilling Technician will be responsible for scanning specific sites for presence of buried underground utilities within the concrete pavement restoration industry.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
Performing precisely controlled excavation to access buried utilities for the purpose of locating, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and installation of utility facilities with the use of specialized tools.
All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather
Standing, Walking, Climbing, stooping and bending
Periodic lifting of 50 lbs
Exposure to all elements of terrains, loud noise, fumes, odors, gases, dust, etc.
Working near heavy traffic
Strong manual dexterity
Qualifications
2+ Years Experience in Keyholing Underground Utilities Core Drilling Technicians
OSHA 10 Required, 30 preferred (leadman+ required)
The ability to travel is a must!

Concrete/Asphalt Cutting/Drilling Machine Operator
The Concrete/Asphalt Cutting/Drilling Machine Operator will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to cut, saw, core drill, or demolish concrete and asphalt according to project plans and safety protocols within the concrete pavement restoration industry.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
Position and lower saw or drill over marked cutting or drilling mark.
Starts motor and begins cutting or drilling operation.
Guides saw along a line, using handle bars attached to saws.
Observes pressure gauge to maintain specified pressure on drill bit with crank.
Locates and marks cutting or drilling position, using rule and chalk.
Attaches diamond edged circular blade or diamond tipped core drill to equipment, using hand tools.
Assembles components of drilling equipment and connects water hose to supply coolant to cutting blade or drill, using hand tools.
Lubricates equipment, changes worn cutting blades and core drills, and makes minor repairs, using grease gun and hand tools.
Qualifications
2+ years of cutting/sawing experience in the concrete pavement restoration and road construction is preferred.
Industry relevant certifications and training preferred.
The ability to travel is a must!

Have proficiency in mobile software applications.
Have knowledge of materials, methods, and the appropriate tools to construct objects, structures, and buildings.

As the Customer Service Manager at Midland Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the customer service systems and processes at the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a technically related field
* Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related field with a proven history of deploying capital projects and solutions specifically from the initial concept to the final installation.
* Ability to travel 70% of the time.
* Strong mechanical and electrical background
* Strong background in process improvement and project management
* Experience leading change management throughout manufacturing facilities
* Knowledge and experience with Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes, and Effects and Analysis (FMEA)

The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$140,000 with the potential for

You will be a technical advisor to various stakeholders in the business, including Manufacturing operations and Supply Chain, Product Engineering and Development, Digital Sales and Ecommerce, Web Marketing. driving the transformation of Dover's Manufacturing with IOT / OT technologies, Product development and engineering technologies, as well as other strategic Dover initiatives. You will develop and specify architectural standards, which will be used by Operations team for global Network operations. You will be accountable for the alignment and adherence of the operations to the standards.
In this role, you will promote industry's best practices at an optimized cost point. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create project architecture blueprint and specifications, along with stakeholder approvals. Manages a project plan on deploying blueprint.
* Define (documented), communicate, and monitor alignment on the strategies for Networking, Network Security, and Telecommunication
* Provide Program oversight, direction, and execution of strategic network solution system initiatives, like IoT, OT, Engineering.

* Develop and implement effective communications for Programs and establish a regular cadence for IT leadership to review key operational metrics and Program performance
* Maintain team focus through effective project planning and execution; leverage a mix of waterfall and Agile techniques to optimize delivery outputs
* Identify project and program risks and develop effective mitigation plans; Inform leadership of support / decisions needed to manage risks
* Partner with VP and Director-level constituents in business functions, IT and Security to identify, procure, implement, and support effective technology solutions in support of operating company networking and telecommunication solutions
* Act as a liaison between Dover IT, supplier-partners, and Dover functional owner to resolve conflicts, address operational issues, and support technology roadmap
* This is a Senior individual contributor role, but you may have a small team of architects to manage.

Qualifications / Requirements / Desired Characteristics:
* Minimum of B.S. or equivalent in Information Technology (MIS, Computer Science, or similar discipline) or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, or General).

Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually
