Completing and submitting all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Job Requirements Master's degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education. In Indiana, must also be certified under IC25-23.6-4-3. Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced. One year social work experience in a health care setting. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision Responsibilities Ensures the extent, kind, and quality of counseling performed is consistent with the education, training, and experience of the supervisee. Staff Related Assists with interview process and decision to hire new personnel if requested by SW Manager/Senior Manager. Works with the administrative support staff to maintain updated patient resource lists (e.g. maintain updated list of transportation resources).
