Qualifications:
3-7+ years' experience, preferably, with at least 2 years of personal injury (PI) related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
Licensed and in good standing with the bar of the state you are applying for.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in one of these languages: Spanish, Chinese/Cantonese, Tagalog, Armenian, Persian dialects, Korean, etc.
Personal injury litigation experience.
Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
