Peachland, NC $80-90k plus bonus The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products and on-time customer delivery. This role directs and coordinates both skilled and unskilled labor involved in lumber processing, assembly, and shipping operations. The Production Manager ensures compliance with customer specifications, safety standards, and company policies while maintaining efficient production flow, inventory control, and employee scheduling. Key Responsibilities Manage and direct daily production activities to ensure quality standards, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
