SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Function as the Charge Nurse, responsible for nursing care and supervision of LPNs, CNAs and Mental Health Technicians. Collaborate in the development and implementation of the treatment program, including individual Plans of Care. Serve as the Medication Nurse as needed and assist LPNs and all staff as needed. Participate in Performance Improvement by engaging in the plan, study, do act cycle of improvement. Serve as a role model to others of professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent patient care. The sales floor manager drives the daily workflow of rotating and selling high volumes of donated clothing, furniture, and household goods.
