Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered. Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day. The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you. You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial) You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided. Trainings hours are paid and certifications like CPR and First Aid are provided to you at no cost! Site Coordinators work with the School Age Supervisors to ensure that each site is functioning according to the CCA YMCA policies and procedures and following the curriculum set in place. The CCA YMCA offers a 403(b) Smart Savings Account and free full facility membership to all staff. POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Provides direction for the children in the Before and After School program, and implements program curriculum. Provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on building achievement and belonging in youth and relationships among youth and within families. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Interacting with the children on a consistent basis. Maintenance of open, effective communication and interaction with director, parents/families, teachers, principals and children Maintain open communication with school principal to ensure a positive and collaborative working relationship Effective leadership and supervision skills of on-site staff Work in cooperation with school personnel on arrivals, departures and absences. Ability to maintain a compliant, safe and quality school aged child care program Establishment of emergency procedures appropriate to the site and in conformity with procedures adopted by emergency service authorities to ensure safety of the children. Accurate documentation of attendance, absentees and emergency information on participants Plan, motivate, engage and participate in the CATCH curriculum Planning and coordination of activities that fit the children's needs and interest. Work with staff to produce a monthly newsletter and calendar that will be turned in at the monthly staff meetings. Enrollment in Professional Impact New Jersey (PINJ) Participate in 20 hours of professional development annually Maintain an accurate roster of participants Train new hires Enforce Association's Policies and Procedures regarding enrollment, fee collection, E-Child Care swipes, attendance, and non-payment. Coordination of staff schedule with that of the school's calendar Secure coverage for site staff by working cooperatively with other Site Coordinators Responsibility for ordered arrangement, appearance, décor, learning environment and cleanliness of the site. Attendance at Staff meetings Coordinating of staff and ensure ratio compliance Other duties as assigned. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Meets educational requirement of an Associate's Degree or 60 college credits Minimum of 21 years of age- required CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire date. Previous experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred. Ability to plan, organize and implement age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities. Previous experience with diverse populations. Ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds.
