Provides management oversight for all phases of asphalt plant operations, including coordinating workers, tracking material quantities on hand and ordering aggregates, asphalt, and additives. Communicate effectively with plant management, crew members, and other stakeholders. Implement best practices to improve site security of plant, equipment, and supplies from theft and vandalism.
