Bachelor's degree (in Human Services field) & 2+ years full-time experience with population served

Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the individuals served, the company, family, guardians, local agencies and the community
Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with the person's daily living and personal development, providing supportive counseling
Supporting the client in the development of various skill building activities, including: daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, and behavior and anger management
Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals
Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting service implementation
All other duties as assigned.

Intensive In Home QP Needed to provide services to youth at risk of removal from home and their families. Services are provided in community based setting to include home, school and other community settings. Under direct supervision of team lead, the QP will meet regularly with families, implement interventions as directed in the person centered plan, interact with community partners and document interventions. These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community.
Pay: $20-$24 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Flexible with some evening and weekends required based on needs of families served, on call rotation for crisis calls
Location: Serving families in Caldwell and Burke Counties; Office located in Lenoir, NC
Work directly with at risk youth and families to implement interventions to address mentalhealth and substance use needs, reduce challenging behaviors, and provide referrals to other resources as needed.
Other duties include:
Conduct sessions in home, school and community settings.
Participate in development of Person Centered Plan and implement interventions from plan during sessions.
Assist with authorization process.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and maintain regular communication with team lead and clinical supervisor.
Provide crisis intervention strategies to ensure safety
Provide referral information for families to access needed services in community
On call crisis rotation

The position of Licensed Clinical Professional calls for a licensed professional clinician with direct experience and skill in treating a range of behavioral health issues. Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Professionals Serve as a team member supporting individuals with MentalHealth or Substance Abuse Issues in residential, school, workplace and community settings. Additional responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Professionals include:

Participating in a first responder on-call system available to consumers and/or his/her natural support network on a 24/7/365 basis; coordinates “first response" resources according to consumer need and the PCP

Ensuring that all initial and reauthorizations for services occur in a timely fashion

Our ideal Team Leader is a licensed professional who is an excellent communicator and listener with strong therapeutic skills who works well as part of an interdisciplinary team and runs open and productive therapy sessions. You must also excel at behavioral interviewing techniques to uncover service user needs and be able to anticipate these needs.
Additional requirements for the Licensed Professional include:
Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina
Licenses include LCAS, LPC, and LCSW
Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues that includes writing person-centered plans, conducting effective group therapy and providing mentalhealth diagnoses
General working knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds

The licensed clinician is a part of a clinical team that completes triage, assessment, and disposition determination for individuals that are experiencing a mentalhealth or substance use crisis in the Behavioral Health Urgent Care facility. The licensed clinician is provided with training to obtain certification as a North Carolina Certified First Commitment Examiner to perform assessments for individuals under Involuntary Commitment status. MUST be FULLY licensed in NC as an LCMHC, LCSW.
Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) is an outpatient program designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for persons experiencing a mentalhealth, substance use or developmental disability crisis. We have registered nurses on staff 24/7, an on-call physician, and other clinical support. Our goal is to provide holistic care and access to needed de-escalation, intervention, resolution and prevention services for people in crisis and those in need of substance use treatment.
Schedule: Multiple shifts available, 8-12 hours shifts and PRN

The Licensed Clinician is part of a clinical team that provides triage, assessment, and de-escalation interventions for individuals experiencing a behavioral crisis. The Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) offers walk-in services to anyone in the community and partners closely with emergency services and law enforcement to reduce utilization of emergency departments and jails. The BHUC operates 24/7/365, serves adults and children, regardless of insurance. The Licensed Clinician provides support to individuals with Behavioral Health Issues, including mentalhealth crises and detox. Interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community.

Responsibilities:
Supervision of an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing services in the community
Providing evidence-based individual therapy in a variety of settings
Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the treatment team, the individual, natural supports, guardians, local agencies and the community
Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with the individual's daily living and personal development

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with RHA, you will coordinate and monitor the array of services and supports identified in each service user's person-centered plan. These interventions are strength-based and focus on the promotion of recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills and the achievement of the highest level of social functioning. You will report to the Clinical Director and may manage two or more employees.
Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Social Worker with RHA, your responsibilities will vary based on the groups you work with and the programs through which you provide services. In all activities, you will coordinate closely with the interdisciplinary team to best help service users, including behavioral health specialists, registered nurses, quality assurance specialists, paraprofessionals and the Clinical Director.
Additional responsibilities of the Clinical Social Worker include:
Running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions
Conducts comprehensive clinical assessment and makes service recommendations. Conducts consumer screening and orientation.
Conducting inpatient group therapy sessions
Orienting new service users to RHA
Developing person-centered plans for service users
Oversee the discharge planning process
Facilitating relationships between RHA, service user families/legal guardians and various social service community resources, such as food stamp and housing assistance, healthcare, job training and placement and substance abuse support groups
Our ideal Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate is an excellent communicator and listener with strong therapeutic skills who works well as part of an interdisciplinary team and runs open and productive therapy sessions. You must also excel at behavioral interviewing techniques to uncover service user needs and be able to anticipate these needs.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate is defined as an individual who is: (a) an individual who holds a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession or (b) the individual must meet the requirements for continuing education to maintain licensure. Must meet the education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified by the service definition of the service being provided.
