Dutchie was very good at making every employee feel important. In a real way, not the fake "we're all a family" way.

Cons of working at Dutchie

Lack of opprotunities, dishonest management, decisions made my management would have us pulling in one direction on Monday and a different direction on Tuesday. This was not a rare occurance.
