The Field Project Manager is responsible for managing field teams/staff effectively to execute assigned projects as well as maintaining quality control processes to meet client expectations, while coordinating proactively with cross‐functional teams to maximize productivity and profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Traveling to jobsites often to oversee project schedule, quality, communication, and execution.
Working alongside and taking direction from both Senior and Construction Project Managers to ensure a successful project/program.
Reporting daily on project/program status based off field oversight.
Communicating effectively with field teams, sub‐contractors, superintendents, project managers, store management staff, and sometimes clients to ensure all parties are on the same page and have what is needed for a successful project.
Oversee multi‐site rollout construction projects from start to finish.
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
Ensure the construction activities move according to pre‐determined schedule.
Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
Manage field staff effectively to execute assigned projects.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all sub‐teams.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
Repetitive inspection of construction sites.
Handle all customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
Review and revise quality control processes to meet customer expectations.
Plan and schedule team meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly project status reports to team of Project
Managers/Coordinators.
Support and execute change management activities in project scope.

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a Project Field Coordinator for our Las Cruces, NM location.
This position is responsible for providing field and administrative project support to the project as well as project coordination in regards to our construction efforts in relation to fiber and telecom.
Pay: $24-28/hr, DOE
What You'll Do
Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities:
Works with a team of Construction Managers & other Construction Coordinators to ensure administrative/field activities are completed for OSP-West projects.
Supports department with timecards, materials tracking, mark for locates, daily reports, scheduling, cost control, change-order tracking, vendor and subcontractor tracking, client billing, and pay invoices
Assists Project Team with preparation of bid documentation and helps to prepare for bid reviews
Meets work standards by following productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements as necessary
Helps meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-savings actions
Updates job knowledge by going to the field, participating in educational opportunities, getting to know/understand division.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Summary: A FieldSupervisor oversees and coordinates activities of subcontracted labor crews engaged in new installation of roofing, siding, and gutters. Interpret job orders to determine type of work and materials required, coordinate materials drop offs/pick-ups and verify material order accuracy

Maintain constant communication with builders providing updates of any changes.
Work closely with the scheduling department and warehouse to monitor material usage for accuracy (e.g. shingle shortages).

Enforce safety regulations and remain abreast of OSHA regulations specific to industry.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired.

Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people and projects.
Clean driving record with no accidents or major infractions within past 3 years.
Thorough understanding of shingle roofing.

Physical Requirements:

The FieldSupervisor is responsible for overseeing all field installation and service activities related to cabinet installations within assigned communities. This role serves as the primary field liaison between installers, vendors, construction managers, and internal teams, ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations. The FieldSupervisor performs field measurements, quality inspections, service coordination, and minor repairs while holding all field partners accountable to company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform field measurements for cabinet installations, confirming blocking, wall openings, ceiling heights, mechanicals, and plumbing readiness.
Conduct field service walks and complete Quality Inspection Reports (QIR/QIF) within required timeframes following installation.
Walk and inspect all cabinet installations within 48-72 hours of completion; document installer errors, manufacturing defects, shipping damage, builder issues, and incomplete items.
Order service parts and generate service tickets using internal reporting systems.
Coordinate and communicate service needs with installers, service technicians, vendors, construction managers, and internal teams.
Perform minor service and repair work as needed.
Pull, transport, and deliver cabinets and parts to job sites when required.
Review and manage service and measurement schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
Perform installer safety inspections and enforce quality and safety standards.
Manage assigned communities and oversee the performance of all installation and service jobs.
Measure and template laminate countertops when applicable.
Assess warranty issues, meet with homeowners as needed, document findings, and coordinate solutions with the Warranty team.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with building superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
Respond to service issues promptly and provide solutions to support project completion.
Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field is preferred but not required
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience supervising or coordinating field operations, preferably in cabinetry, construction, or related trades
Strong working knowledge of cabinet installation processes and field quality control
Ability to read and interpret installation drawings, work orders, pull sheets, and pick tickets
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to safely operate power tools and perform basic service work
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and implement practical solutions

How you will contribute to our TEAM:
Our Site Supervisors are focused on working with targeted clients to support the evolution of long term national client relationships. Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting that effort from project inception, project setup, field execution, final punch list and post job audits. We have a highly disciplined set of protocols for the entire project life cycle that the Site manages and ensures implementation. The goal of the Site Supervisor is to deliver all projects from the initial project onward with the client in a manner that drives our team to be their preferred supplier of renovations across their portfolio.
Our core focus for projects are tenant build outs and major rebranding or renovation rollouts across a portfolio. Schedule and financial management of the project from start to finish along with management of the resources assigned to your projects including Finite sub partners and material inventories.
Conduct regular safety and quality inspections of the property.
Be the owner in solving complex construction and code problems with our PM and support team as well as subcontractor relations issues.
For all assigned jobs:
Participate in buyout for each project with PM and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources for same. Review invoices and labor costs payables weekly.

Consultative Upselling: Identify bundling opportunities (e.g., adding a faucet replacement to a drywall patch) to maintain a goal-driven Average Job Value.
Objection Handling: Master the "Isolate the Objection" tactic to protect margins:
"I completely understand. This is a significant investment. Please help me understand... do you mean the project isn't worth it, or do you not have the budget?"
Technical Project Management & Oversight
Expert Estimating: Create professional, itemized scopes and estimates.
Margin Protection: Apply markup rules and always include a material contingency.

Job Overview
Puff 'n Stuff Catering is looking for Event Supervisors to join our off-site catering team and "passionately perfect life's celebrations". As an Event Supervisor, you would be responsible for managing, leading, and motivating the staff on your event as well as collaborating with the Lead Event Chef to ensure service is exception and the event runs on time. You would also communicate with our Special Event Planner, and occasionally the client, on site to verify event details, adjusting the service team plan as needed. Catering Event Supervisor Basics:
Supervise and motivate service team members on events, verify attendance and ensure uniforms are properly worn by the team at all times

Read the Special Event Order (SEO) to determine what is needed for the event and create a basic plan for the service team
Drive to and from the event in a Puff 'n Stuff vehicle with the Event Chef
Work with Event Chef to make sure everything you need for the event, listed on the SEO, gets loaded on the truck and off loaded at the end of the night
Coordinate unpacking catering supplies, event setup, service during event, event break down and repacking of catering supplies for the service team
Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed during event
Evaluate the service during the event and maintain positive guest experience
Provide top-level customer service and proper etiquette when interacting with guests
Catering Event Supervisor Qualifications:
2 years of fine dining experience, preferably in a high-volume operation
1 year of supervisory, management or organizational leadership experience
HS degree or equivalent
Has strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in catering/events
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Ability to listen, understand and motivate employees
Ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems
Strong time management skills, detail oriented, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in all types of weather - events can be indoors and outdoors
