An accomplished Executive Leader and C-suite Consultant with a consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, operational performance, and profitability in Healthcare and Technology. I develop and execute on strategic paths to success for companies and/or industries.

I am comfortable making high-stakes decisions to overcome complex business challenges using critical decision-making skills, my strong financial background, and experience-backed judgment.

A visionary, motivating, and engaging leader, I am consistently acknowledged for the development of high-performing teams and leaders. I believe empowered teams can deliver unbelievable results when given the right culture to thrive in, results to focus on, and the gift of focused execution.

My Background:

Currently, I am the Chief Executive Officer for Dynatronics Corporation leading the company’s industry leading brands, including: Solaris, Hausmann, and Bird & Cronin.

In addition, in a limited capacity, I am an Executive Consultant working with Breg's CEO, Board of Directors (BOD), and Executive Leaders regarding corporate and commercial strategy, M&A targets, due diligence, upcoming product launches, competitive bidding for DMEPOS, and revenue cycle management. Prior, I served as VP of Marketing, Service Solutions, and Customer Experience at Breg, a $275M+ global medical device company with bracing products and integrated technology solutions. I was recruited to turnaround the troubled services division and to develop and execute an integrated products and services strategy. The turnaround was successfully completed within 12 months.

After two successful years leading the services division and delivering the transformational merger goals, I developed and led the implementation of a customer-centric strategy designed to achieve the #1 market share position by 2022.

Before Breg, I consulted with leading orthopedic service providers and distributors throughout the U.S in orthopedic markets for: sports medicine implants, total joint arthroplasty implants, and biologics.

Earlier in my career, I was Senior Manager at Deloitte, consulting with clients primarily in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector with project responsibilities in additional industries.

A trusted advisor and organizational leader, I provide insights from my diverse experiences, a bias for strategic solutions and day-to-day execution, and a passionate desire to deliver and be accountable for results.
