Essential Functions:
* Develop and lead initiatives in alignment with the strategic plan and annual profit plan objectives to drive operational performance and financial results.
* Establish objectives and track key performance indicators across the organization. Ensure prompt and accurate reporting systems on all aspects of operations, leveraging EPM and Balanced Score Card.
* Drive the manufacturing strategy for the Group and divisions optimizing capacity utilization through footprint strategy for sites and key manufacturing technologies
* Proactively champion Operations focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), driving a zero-incident culture.
* Lead and support implementation of the Operating for Growth (O4G) transformation for the Manufacturing/OPEX workstream. Partner cross functionally with transformation teams to support Group sites evolving to cost centers
* Create a culture of exceeding customer expectations, ensuring that the organization is highly responsive to customer needs and issues.
* Continuously improve operations through alignment with the Eaton Business System with a strong focus on driving a Lean Culture, drive technology enablement and I-4.0 strategy, implementation, and execution.

Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
* 15+ years' experience with progressive levels of responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX for a global manufacturing leader in a similar scope/scale role.
* Plant manager and multi-site management experience
* Demonstrated success in driving zero incident culture, with employee ownership of EHS.
* Knowledge and experience with multiple ERPs and conversions preferred.
* Proven track record in building high performance teams, leading cross-functionally, developing and retaining employees, and driving organizational change.
* Knowledge of current technologies in manufacturing (assembly and fabrication), engineering, materials management/inventory control, distribution and logistics, purchasing, quality assurance systems processes and practices.
* Strong financial and business acumen; prior profit and loss responsibility required.
* Track record of successful leadership, performance results, organizational development, and operational improvement.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $236,997.00 - $ 347,595.60 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable compensation compenent.

What you'll do:
The Industrial Spray Painter sands, cleans, masks, and paints all Terra-Tran units, Power units, field returns, and fabricated components which require final finishing. All units must be painted before final inspection.
In this function, you will:
* Prepare all surfaces to be sprayed properly. This includes bare metal areas and the proper sanding, and feather edging of previously painted surfaces.
* Be knowledgeable as to what bushings and associated transformer accessories must be masked to prevent them from being painted.
* Check the Bills of Material for correct color and specified mull thickness. Record serial number of units repainted and affixes to unit for identification.
* Adjust and periodically check all pump pressures, heater temperatures, and air and fluid pressures to maintain the best possible spraying application condition.
* Paint viscosity at the beginning of the shift and at mid-shift, uses a Zahn cup and stopwatch to check paint viscosities when required.
* Check and maintain proper fluid and air pressure in pressure pots used for spraying all special colors.
* Check units with great care to ensure that no areas have been missed.
* Change filters and maintain the cleanliness of spray booth associates floor areas on a scheduled basis.
* Clean and lubricate all spray guns at the end of the shifts. Clean and maintain personal respirator on a scheduled basis.
* Procure all paints from Paint Room as needed, using hand cart and barrel truck.
* Operate 15,000 lb. electric walker to move smaller units into spray booth.
* Coordinate with crane operator all moves of large units in and out of the spray booth.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required.
* Previous industrial, manufacturing, or automotive spray-painting experience.

Diagnose and repair a wide range of machine tools including Liebherr, DMG, Pietro Carnaghi, Ingersoll, Innse, Pama, and others
Maintain and repair cranes, hoists, conveyors, furnaces, welding equipment, and other industrial assets
Install and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ball screws, precision bearings, and controllers
Perform machine leveling, shaft alignment, lubrication, tube bending, and welding
Read and interpret mechanical prints and hydraulic schematics
Apply scraping principles and precision alignment techniques
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of industrial machine tool maintenance experience or completion of a relevant technical program
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex machine tools
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and hydraulic documentation
Demonstrated proficiency in machine tool theory and application
One of the following:
Journeyman Machine Repair/Millwright certification
Associate degree in a mechanical field
Union Journeyman card

Responsible for auditing the Master Production Schedule (Heijunka Board) to ensure material is available to support the build and pack schedule. Verify existing Kanban's for compliance with existing parameters. In this function, you will:
* Prepare, collect, and distribute to operators all materials required to wind coils.
* Perform a variety of direct and indirect tasks to optimize product flow and maximize the productivity of the coil winders.
* Verify that issued materials are the proper size/part number and check for damage and proper quantity.

What you'll do:
The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for fabricating and maintaining site tooling including but not limited to molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and material handling tools.
In this function, you will:
* Fabricate, assemble, inspect and troubleshoot molds, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, prototype parts, machine parts, material handling equipment, and simple machines per engineering- and tool design specifications.
* Perform gauge and fixture compliance inspection requiring measurement of critical features outlined on a master print, recording measurements onto the fixture qualification report, and any additional information into the quality compliance database.
* Perform preventative and regular maintenance of dies, molds, fixtures, gauges, material handling equipment, and simple machines making improvement recommendations as necessary.
* Work form tool requests, prints, sketches, sample parts, or verbal instructions and will utilize technical manuals, a machinery handbook, or general literature to determine machine speeds and feeds, proper clearances, and heat treat data.
* Inspect your work with the use of precision instruments including but not limited to micrometers, Vernier calipers, height gauges, sine bars, jo-blocks, surface plates dial indicators, visual comparators, and CMM equipment.
* Operate overhead cranes to move tool, dies, molds, and general materials.
* Occasionally estimate jobs and prepare material llists including making recommendations in the design of new tooling and for modification of existing tooling to increase the reliability and performance of the tool.

Position provides functional support to install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment. Responsible for work on substation, wiring circuits, distribution centers, control panels, electronic devices, etc. Work hours consist of a rotating 10-hr shift with 8 days on, 6 days off. Install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment with minimum supervision, using a broad knowledge of applied trade practices and technique.

Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes, install switches and controls, central subsidiary control panels, electronic devices and all other duties incidental to installation.
Maintain substation; diagnose and remedy all electrical, electronic and mechanical troubles.
Work from wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic schematic drawings and code book.
Use all electrical measuring and testing devices.
May direct and layout work for electricians of lower classification.

* State of WIsconsin license is required
* All license electricians from another state without a WI license must show proof of reciprocity between the state they are license in and WI

The Sr. Manager, Operating System Execution will lead efforts to drive execution and accountability across company-wide, cross-functional execution roadmaps. This role ensures seamless governance of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks to successfully execute the company's annual plan with the primary goal to drive operational excellence, improvement, and delivering results. The position is critical for aligning all functions of Genie through strategic planning, operating rhythm execution, and engaging stakeholders to advance strategic priorities.
What you'll do
* Governance & Execution: Oversee and govern operational activities in alignment with Genie's annual objectives and the Genie Operating System framework.
* Performance Measurement: Track execution against goals and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
* Process Stewardship: Act as the process steward for multiple, company-wide processes that could include, but are not limited to:
* Capex budget prioritization and monthly forecasting
* Strategic planning process communication and daily accountability
* Annual Planning process communication and daily accountability
* Customer agreement development and execution processes
* Executive Leadership Team offsite content planning, readiness, and post-meeting action close-out
* Genie Management System stewardship to ensure deployment and execution
* Communication & Training: Drive communication, training, and coaching across teams to ensure consistency in operating system processes and alignment with strategic goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong internal and external relationships to promote collaboration and accountability.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains to improve the operating system.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $127,800.00 - 156,200.00 USD annual. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, prime, and paint parts, sub-assemblies, and complete machines (both prime and finish coats).
Operate spray booths and maintain paint vault equipment.
Operate shot blast equipment to clean materials prior to painting.
Mix paints and adjust viscosity using thinners or heat as required.
Apply coatings evenly using spray guns or hand brushes, ensuring proper stroke, spray pattern, and nozzle adjustment.
Apply decals and masking as needed to meet quality standards.
Position work manually or with jib/overhead cranes.
Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment after use.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of industrial painting experience (prime and finish coats).
Previous paint experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to determine sequence of operations and follow standard work instructions.
Ability to apply coatings evenly using spray guns or hand brushes while maintaining correct stroke, spray pattern, nozzle adjustment, and air pressure.
Familiarity with operating shot blast equipment and positioning work manually or with jib/overhead cranes.
Knowledge of safety and inspection requirements in a paint environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying coatings on large components (frames, booms, cabs, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
