Communication: Physicians - in order to discuss client's progress and plan rehabilitation programs. Team Members (therapists, living skills staff, rehabilitation aides, patient care technicians, etc.) - in order to facilitate client's treatment and discuss procedure. External Stakeholders - in order to provide education and updates related in individual treatment plans. Education and/or Experience: The job requires knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be required by attending or completing the appropriate program to practice in the designated discipline.
