Job Overview
An Associate Lab Administrator is an entry level Lab Admin position. An Associate Lab Admin is responsible for the closures of trouble tickets (Issues) submitted by various individuals throughout the company. Associate Lab Admins are expected to ask questions and learn how the various labs work, as well as the equipment within the lab. The System Administrator must live within or willing to relocate to within 35 miles of WPAFB, OH, and possess a TOP SECRET clearance.
* Experience: 7+ years of proven work experience as a Systems Administrator and Systems Administrator Supervisor/Manager or similar role.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
* Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance.
* Certification: Security+ Certification.
* Technical Skills: Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in systems administration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Remedy.
* Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Experience managing technical teams in a DoD environment and working with end customers in the Defense space. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
