Maintenance Mechanic C
We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing/bottling facility to maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling and packaging operations.
Factory Location: Greenwood, IN
Compensation: $34.90/hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday - Friday
7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am- 4:00pm

Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
Execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to PM schedule to minimize equipment downtime
Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components
Complete machine tear down/repair and assembly and work on PLCs, VFDs, and electric motors
Conduct creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvements
Communicate, coach and train employees to continuously improve team's ability to prevent loss of production and respond safely to equipment failures
Work with team members and operators to ensure the daily production schedule is met
Communicate directly with equipment suppliers, contractors, and vendors as necessary
Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties
Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training or certifications desired
Two or more years of previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing tasks and comfort working in a high-speed production environment
Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience desired
Solid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with CMMS or ERP systems preferred, SAP experience a plus
Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Able to lift and pull 50 lbs as needed while performing work
Must be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead
Ability to successfully complete an online skills assessment prior to onsite interview

+ Receive, approve and interpret Industrial Hygiene results
+ Managing HS records to ensure proper access and retention of HS records is maintained
+ Oversee and manage Lead compliance program

**Qualifications**
**Preferred Experience:**
+ A Bachelor degree preferred in Industrial Hygiene, Health Science, Industrial Safety or related field. Will also consider Associates degree with 8-10 years directly related experience
+ Prefer 3-5 years industrial EHS experience.
+ Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA/State Regulations.
+ Knowledge of proper protocol for exposure monitoring.
+ Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word)
**Physical Demands, Environment:**
+ This position requires you to be on site at our Columbus, IN site.
+ While some work will be performed in an office setting, the majority of the time the employee will be required to be in the manufacturing facility, where additional exposure is likely (heat, humidity).

Position Summary:
The Life Enrichment Director, reporting directly to the Executive Director, is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and oversight of the community's life enrichment program.
