YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
This position functions as a Journeyman Electrician for Rosendin; installing new electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state, and local electrical codes along with all Rosendin policies and procedures.
Rosendin is gearing up for new data center projects and growing our team at all levels.
PAY: Hourly pay is $48.50/hr Also includes guaranteed raises, Free Healthcare and Retirement and Free Continuing Education and training
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial and industrial electrical systems in full support of Rosendin safety, operations, and productivity initiatives.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Adhere to all of Rosendin's safety policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
At least 4 years (8,000 hours) of experience working as an Electrician and/or hold a state-issued Journeyman license
Ability to install power systems: power, lighting, etc.
Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations.
Experience helping with the management of a project and crew.

Major Duties:
Have previously successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from 2 to 50 personnel, meeting safety, quality and production goals.
Diplomatically manage the crews and provide appropriate training, positive and constructive feedback.

Pay transparency:
After training, our maintenance technicians earn money in several different ways (including flat rate pay and commission). Because the types of repairs and sales can change from day to day, the amount a technician earns can vary. This combination of flat-rate pay, commissions, and hourly time creates a pay structure where technicians have opportunities to increase their earnings based on the work they complete and the services they provide. Typically, our technicians make strong six figure pay annually.
This training will last 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
