Key Responsibilities:
The Electrician should have a detailed solid understanding and ability to install, repair, test and adjust electrical machinery and equipment and its associated test equipment according to the NEC and OSHA standards, including:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with all legislated and relevant laws and regulations for safety and quality including lockout tag out, GMP, HACCP, Allergen and Blommer specific policies and procedures.
Maintain work area and equipment, ensure clean, sanitary and orderly conditions, and apply 5S principals. Ensure tools and equipment is in good working order; report any defective materials, missing or damaged tools to the supervisor.

Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production; diagnose malfunctioning systems, locate the cause of the breakdown and repair. Repair to prevent reoccurrence. Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Able to work on systems with sensors and limit switches, motor controls, overload relays, PLC's, VFD's, solid state devices and monitors/displays.
