Perform all building maintenance of an electrical nature including fire, evacuation and emergency lighting systems. Ensure maximum energy conservation. Monitor work of outside contractors and ensure compliance with requirements, codes and regulations and Gentex company policies. Cover FLR for breakdowns. Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure prompt response to equipment breakdowns Maintain necessary records. Report improper operation of faulty equipment and unusual conditions to supervisor. Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe and orderly working condition. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Maintain quality standards.
