Chris Lamothe is the Chief Executive Officer at Elevate Ventures. He believes that leaders in regions and universities in Indiana are passionate about entrepreneurism’s potential to elevate quality of life and retain talent. Together, we can realize that potential.

Barbara Uggen Davis is a Chief Financial Officer at Elevate Ventures and Chief Operating Officer at Obs Medical and is based in Seattle, Washington. She has worked as Chief Operating Officer at Obstetrix Medical Group, Controller at Elevate Ventures, and Operations Manager at LA POINTINQUE INT'L LTD. Barbara works or has worked as MEMBER at INDIANA CPA SOCIETY INC. She studied at Concord Christian High School until 1989, Calvary Temple Christian School until 1985, and City University until 2005.

Phil Lodato has served as Legal Counsel for the 21 Fund since January of 2010 where he manages deal negotiation and closing for each of the 21 Fund's investments, and participates in the compliance program. Mr. Lodato is an attorney with the law firm of Bingham McHale LLP, where he is a member of the firm's Business Advisory Department. He assists clients with a wide range of legal and business issues and corporate transactions, with a focus on entity formation, corporate governance, securities law compliance and other fundraising concerns, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of contractual matters. Mr. Lodato was with the law firms of Baker & Daniels and Chapman & Cutler LLP prior to joining Bingham McHale and has been practicing law since 2003. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lodato served as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers working with their Corporate Value Consulting Group. Mr. Lodato holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University - Bloomington.

Ting Gootee is the Chief Investment Officer at Elevate Ventures.

She is a Chinese native but have been a Hoosier since 2001. She knows that her everyday investment work has a long-run impact on entrepreneurs and communities. That’s a big motivator.
