Rotate stock by dating all food and beverage items to ensure products stored are effectively monitored and utilized for guest consumption. Perform daily closing duties which include sweeping, mopping, stocking, and washing dishes to ensure the Emagine kitchen is clean and prepared for the next entertainment shift experience. Assist other team members when needed, to ensure an efficient and proactive work environment. Prepare and present food items according to instruction to ensure options are fresh and readily available for guest purchase. Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served products that enhance the Emagine entertainment experience. Maintain and organize kitchen environment and equipment to ensure employees are able to perform all required job duties in a clean and safe environment. Rotate stock by dating all food and beverage items to ensure products stored are effectively monitored and utilized for guest consumption. Perform daily closing duties which include sweeping, mopping, stocking, and washing dishes to ensure the Emagine kitchen is clean and prepared for the next entertainment shift experience. Assist other team members when needed, to ensure an efficient and proactive work environment. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
