The part-time Andretti Prep Cook is a culinary professional who specializes in preparing large quantities of food for events such as banquets, weddings, conferences, and other gatherings. Summary The Cook enhances the guest experience by consistently delivering convenient and enjoyable food options through efficient and effective food preparation to improve the overall movie entertainment experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare and present food items according to instruction to ensure options are fresh and readily available for guest purchase.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served products that enhance the Emagine entertainment experience.
Maintain and organize kitchen environment and equipment to ensure employees are able to perform all required job duties in a clean and safe environment.
Rotate stock by dating all food and beverage items to ensure products stored are effectively monitored and utilized for guest consumption.
Perform daily closing duties which include sweeping, mopping, stocking, and washing dishes to ensure the Emagine kitchen is clean and prepared for the next entertainment shift experience.
Assist other team members when needed, to ensure an efficient and proactive work environment.
