**SUMMARY:** The Assistant Project Manager assists the company in meeting its objectives and goals by supporting the Project Manager and project team, which are responsible for overseeing, and directing assigned commercial construction projects taking appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with defined resources. The Project Engineer along with the project management team will ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

+ Support Project Manager in driving project's overall flow effectively from inception to completion.
+ Support the Project Manager, Safety, and field employees in creating, executing, and fostering a safe work environment.
+ Review contract and bid documents from estimating; review and understand scope for project turnover. Attend walk-throughs.
+ Assist with project document control, including but not limited to, insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFI's, change orders, correspondence, etc.
+ Ensure documents are centrally saved in the project's chosen document control software.
+ Verify correct drawings are distributed to field.
+ Assist with schedule of values, or billing format as required by the contract documents.
+ Support project schedule showing completion, delivery dates and sub requirements. Integrate into overall project and manpower schedule as required.
+ Request PO's for major equipment and subs indicating shipping requirements and anticipating delivery dates. (Request proper delivery notice at that time.)
+ Facilitate material takeoffs by trade supervisor.
+ Attend all necessary meetings with both internal and external entities to review scheduling and delivery, work plans, job progress, manpower, and solutions to setbacks.
+ Support project accounting and/or project management in monthly billings and collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
+ Collaborate with supervisor regarding project safety. (Toolbox talks and weekly walk through.)
+ Gather information for changes in work/scope and work with the project team, estimating, and downstream clients for pricing. P.M. will finalize C.O. pricing. Ensure no work starts prior to approval or notice to proceed.
+ Assist field personnel in closeout of project.
+ Obtain as-builts from field; request CAD from VDC team.
+ Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Project Manager with recommendation for resolution.
+ Ability to meet the project site onboarding requirements as set by the contractual requirements is required.
+ Comply with all Company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Job Description
AECOM is Seeking a highly talented Construction Project Manager (OAR) to be based in Los Angeles, CA.
Manages, oversees and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects
Reviews pre-construction documents and submits comments to Designer as necessary
Plans, organizes, and prepares reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or progress of the projects
Coordinates with all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with all off-site work, coordinates with various District and Project staff
Manages daily activities of the contractor, reviews contracts, schedules, submittals, RFI;s, and other related documents.
Manages project budget and schedule to meet client standards; Monitors the project budget on a monthly basis and ensures that the budget accurately reflects the project status/progress
Reviews substitution submittals from contractors to ensure specification and/or District requirements are complied with
Receives, reviews, and negotiates Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair & reasonable price in accordance with the General Conditions; reviews and addresses any and all Schedule impacts in accordance with the project specifications in a timely manner
Reviews the process and monitors payments for the contractor, architects, engineers and any other pertinent parties
Administers provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the client
Coordinates District delivery of related fixtures, furniture and equipment
Monitors and manages project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred skills:
Fifteen years full time paid professional experience in Project/ConstructionManagement of
Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values in excess of $30M
CCM certified
Experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
Experience in Formal Construction Partnering

AECOM is seeking a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (CPM).
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER IV
Location: CLEVELAND, OHIO
Start Date: 02/01/2026 - 05/31/2027 (duration to be confirmed).
Overview Summary AECOM is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager (CPM) to provide PM/CM support for a Federal Building Fire Alarm Modernization construction project. The position is full-time embedded on-site field construction support role.
Position Summary PM supporting General Services Admin. (GSA) "Owner" and their agencies "Tenants". Duties involve managing the Owner's interests (not the construction team) on a single project, at the project site to achieve specified objectives. Involves engaging and leading the project delivery team providing CPM / Owner's Representative supporting the project completion and FA Class-A Acceptance.
Reports directly to the AECOM Business Development Leader.
Manages the project to achieve specified objectives. Involves overall planning, coordination, and control of a project support to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time, within budget and of the intended quality.
Serve as Owners Rep. during design, construction, and Cx/closeout activities - as primary point of contact in the field - collaborates and coordinates per the contract and communication plan with the GSA CO (and the PM/COR, Ppty Mgr, O&M, key stakeholders, etc); and interfaces with the project Contractor (DB team), providing proactive project assessment and support, and maintains team engagement, and client satisfaction. Provide feedback on all on-site activities and escalating issues to the GSA CO, PM/COR.
Oversight of the Fire Alarm Modernization work includes ancillary work and systems integration and modernization as required.
This position is independent of and DOES NOT supervise, manage, or direct the DB Team or their Subs / Trade Partners.
Delivers revenues resulting from exceptional quality and execution of projects. Maintains profit margins and plans and completes project(s) without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
Builds / supports collaborative project teams. Provides TQR and oversight of I/QAM work that monitors and reports on quality of completed and ongoing work, calls for support staff. Leads team in providing comprehensive CMa support services and owner's representation, provides on-site field observation for conformance with the SOW, Contract, GSA CBS (Core Building Standards) applicable codes and standards, provides summary progress documentation of the construction activities, implementing robust Quality Assurance monitoring and assessment of the Design Build Contractor's Quality Control Plan, staff management, execution of work, reviewing and validating contractor's self-performed inspections, and certifying work in place for recommending payment of Invoices and accepting work, provides real time feedback to the client regarding scope of work completion and contract compliance; recognizes risk and uncertainty and develops plans to mitigate and eliminate such, and operates to minimize unsatisfactory work and exposure to claims.
Evaluates Contractor capabilities to provide required quality and maintain schedule.
Typically supports projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
Position requires support of projects managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management, coordinating with other staff and inspectors to provide oversight and technical quality review, coordinating the observation and conformance of the construction work done by the DB Contractor on the Owner's behalf, leading an integrated collaborative team that supports the Owner's interests. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in ConstructionManagement, Architecture, Engineering, business or constructionmanagement, plus six (6) years of related experience / demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in developing and maintaining complex, multi-year project management activities including but not limited to
Developing/Controlling budgets
Scheduling and coordination of projects in existing, secure, and occupied facilities.
Managing interdisciplinary teams.
Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes
Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, with procedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements
Proven Experience performing and supporting the successful completion of similar projects in comparable environments and conditions.
* Professional Engineering or Architectural Registration / License a plus. CMAA Certified ConstructionManager (CCM) or Project management Professional (PMP) a plus.
* Federal (or state/municipal) governmental experience.
* Prior experience in the support and management of successfully completed design-build construction of Fire Alarm or critical systems modernizations in occupied buildings.
* Prior experience working on GSA and/or other federal agency or government construction projects including Federal projects at operational, complex, secure facilities such as US Courts, Airports, Prisons, State or Municipal sites, or demonstrated equivalency.
* Experience supporting and/or managing complex projects as a CPM.
* Knowledge of and proven experience with managing planning, design (design and constructability reviews, submittals, value added); construction (CM/PM support services, representation, field observation, and contract management), closeout and warranty (Cx support, warranty backcheck) phases.
* Thorough knowledge of engineering and construction principles, practices and procedures, familiarity with applicable codes, laws, regulations, and overlay Federal guidelines / Contract administration, principles of project management, and field observation and supervision.
* Professional demeanor, attentive customer service skills, clear and detailed oral and written communication, collaborative team building skills, lead by example, proactive problem solver, seeking de-escalation. Self-directed.
* Proficiency and competency with MS Suite, PIMS programs, support software (CAD, BIM, Bluebeam, Structions, Procore, Kahua, etc).

About this Role
FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Telecom ConstructionManager for our Sacramento, CA location. Job sites are located in Sacramento, Santa Rosa, and Vallejo so some travel should be expected.
The Telecom ConstructionManager will work directly with the executive team and the construction supervisors to oversee the operations of multiple construction sites and the daily activities at each site. She/he will be responsible for the overall progress of the project and will oversee the construction supervisors to ensure timely completion of the projects in strict accordance with plans, specifications and local codes.
Pay: $120k-140k/yr, DOE.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Report to the executive team on job progress
Maintain strict build-out schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
Perform inspection of job sites and individual work duties
Maintain a daily job-site log
Perform quality control duties per job site
Participate in required supervisor meetings
Ensure that each team member is aware of quality and safety standards and company policies
Assist in training supervisors, foreman and crew members
Create and maintain positive relationships with workers, customers, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
Coordinate with subcontractors and verify work is completed
Coordinate construction services and activities
Ensure job site safety is being met
Mediate disputes or complaints with third parties
What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
Must have 10+ years telecom supervisor experience
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Possess a valid driver's license or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position.
A good driving record is required.
Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner.
Basic knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Class A Commercial Driver's License is a plus (Higher wage scales apply to CDL holders).
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
Willing and able to work in all weather conditions.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. This position operates in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including; extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings. This position may occasionally be exposed to natural gas and to the risk of electrical shock. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
The employee will need to have the ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours at a time), tolerate work in extreme weather conditions, speak and hear worksite safety instructions, withstand prolonged and repeated: lifting, standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching and feeling, crouching, and crawling. The employee will need to be able to regularly lift 75 pounds. Project Execution:

SUMMARY
Chapel Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for aiding in the planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting activities concerned with electrical construction projects. The desired result is that our projects are run efficiently with maximum profitability and high customer satisfaction. Through executing, shadowing and mentoring, this role will get the required experience to develop into a Project Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
* Provide support to Project Managers by reviewing submittals, writing contracts/ purchase orders, taking counts of equipment and devices from specifications and plans, coordinating sub-contractor activities, and other duties as assigned.
* Assist with management of documents for field personnel.
* Assist in establishing project schedule with PM.
* Assist in creating cost code allocations from initial estimate.
* Visit job sites and attend job meetings as needed.
* Assist with bi-weekly projection on job cost.
* Manage vendors and track all deliveries of materials.
* Assist with issuing timely RFIs.
* Assist with job close out manuals and as-builts.
* Participate in job close out meetings.
