Job Description:
The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) role requires a passionate healthcare professional to provide first aid support and safety coaching to associates. You will work closely with the WHS site manager, WHS specialist, and Injury Prevention Specialist, ensuring the health and safety of all associates while managing workplace injury prevention, case management, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first aid support for occupational and non-occupational injuries.
· Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement with associates.
· Maintain and document all medical records of care provided.
· Oversee the workers' compensation program and manage return-to-work processes.
· Submit daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
· Engage with associates on the operations floor, providing coaching on safe work habits and at-risk behaviors.
· Maintain a clean medical environment and ensure medical supplies are well-stocked.
· Participate in First Aid, CPR, and AED training and maintain certifications.
· Assist with drug testing protocols and emergency care delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
· One of the following:
· EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT.
· Six months job experience in the Military as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, or similar.
· Active Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or state certification.
Preferred:
· Certified to teach First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Experience with industrial wellness programs, musculoskeletal disorders, and ergonomics.
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation procedures.
· Skilled in digital record keeping.

· Schedule:
Training Schedule: 2-3 weeks of shadowing, either on same shift accepted for role or will be the same working times, just shifted to Sunday through Wednesday, to overlap with a counterpart.
Shift Schedule:
o One will be from 07:00 - 17:30, Wednesday through Saturday
o The other will be 18:00 - 04:30 Wednesday through Saturday

· Pay Rate: $30 - $38/hour

Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year's duration, associated with a state-licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility OR
Equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist
EXPERIENCE

Enters required information for specimen testing into the laboratory computer system such as the collection date & time
Ensures proper forms accompany specimens according to FCN Lab policy. Cancels and credits tests that cannot be collected, documents information in the computer, and notifies appropriate personnel.
Properly labels specimens in accordance with FCN Lab policy to provide accurately identified specimens.

About the role:
Working in a high-volume medical office, the Patient Care Technician provides friendly customer service while administering interventional mental health treatments that can include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine and IV Ketamine therapies. In addition, Patient Care Technicians are responsible for contributing to all administrative aspects of the practice, including but not limited to scheduling, insurance verification, collections management and patient check in/check out.

Responsibilities
Availability Monday-Friday 7am-7pm (No Weekends, 32+ hours/week)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
Provide compassionate patient care, building trust and rapport, especially with patients facing mental health challenges like depression and anxiety.
Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols; setup, monitor, and document sessions to optimize patient comfort and treatment efficacy.
Address and resolve issues related to patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup during treatments.
Administer psychiatric rating scales and provide guidance to patients on completing them accurately.
Maintain accurate schedules, patient demographics, and insurance information.
Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays from patients.
Manage multiple phone lines and respond to email inquiries from current and prospective patients promptly.
Scan medical documents and ensure the integrity of records in Electronic Medical Records software.

Qualifications
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective patients, ensuring a superior experience. Strong customer service acumen and a confident phone presence are essential.
Excel in multitasking with meticulous attention to detail, consistently bringing tasks to successful completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, coupled with robust computer and data entry skills, is mandatory.
