Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
Coordinates and assists in the surgical recovery, preservation, and packaging of organs and specimens in conjunction with transplant surgeons and/or organ recovery coordinators in accordance with policies and standards.
Assumes primary responsibility for the renal preservation process including pumping and pump transport, in accordance with policies and standards.
Performs extensive on-call responsibilities to assist with the activities related to the donor recovery.
Coordinates and assists with organ allocation, including kidney and liver placement, distribution, and transportation of organs for transplantation and/or research in accordance with policies and standards.
Coordinates and assists with fly outs and fly backs.
The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
One to two years experience in the operating room or recent graduate of a certified surgical technician program required.
Health-related certification and ISOP Level 1 by completion of the first year.
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry skills required.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under general supervision, is a member of an engine company, ladder truck or medical rescue by protecting life and property, performing live-fire suppression, rendering emergencymedical care, response to hazardous materials incidents, and maintains fire apparatus, issued equipment and department facilities.
An EMT-Basic Firefighter must pass an exam testing the ability to assess patient condition, handle trauma or cardiac emergencies and clear blocked airways. They also learn to immobilize injured patients and give oxygen.
General Knowledge and Skill Requirements: The firefighter must know how to assume and transfer command at a fire scene using the department's incident management system. H/She must demonstrate the ability to complete an incident report and communicate the needs of his/her team to command authority using the department's standard operating procedures.
Fire ground Operations Requirements: The firefighter must demonstrate the ability to extinguish an ignitable liquid fire using foam and ensure that the fire does not reignite. H/She must show the ability to assemble a team and devise the attack technique for fighting various kinds of fires. The firefighter must be able to select tools to force entry into a building and how to provide proper ventilation in a building based on the structure and nature of the fire. She must know how to protect evidence in cases of arson and demonstrate the ability to rescue victims of motor vehicle accidents using extrication tools. The firefighter must also know how to conduct hazard inspections and how to properly document any hazards found.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Performs fire suppression activities, including driving and operating fire apparatus; operates pumps, hydraulics and related equipment; performs offensive and defensive fire combat, containment and extinguishment tasks; operates fire and medical apparatus in emergency and non-emergency situations.
Performs emergencymedical aid to appropriate level of EMS licensure by following local patient care guidelines.
Participates in classroom and training drill activities; attends continuing education courses in firefighting, emergencymedical, hazardous materials and other related activities; attends trainings, meetings and public gatherings as required.
Operates public safety communications equipment and office appliances including telephone, email and fire/ EMS reporting systems.
Performs daily/weekly/monthly/semi-annual/annual preventive maintenance inspections of personal protective equipment, fire and medical apparatus and equipment to ensure operational readiness and availability for immediate deployment and use; performs minor repairs as needed.
Maintains certification in firefighting and emergencymedical licensure.
Must be able to rely on senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch to help determine the nature of emergency; maintain personal safety and make critical decisions in a confused, chaotic, and potentially life-threatening environment throughout the duration of the operation.
Ability to understand and carry out orders and assignments in both emergency and non-emergency situations and must be able to demonstrate adequate speaking skills.

Responsibilities
Performs proper specimen collection and labeling procedures used for routine and special procedures
Performs all standard laboratory techniques related to phlebotomy such as correcting patient identification, proper collection of samples (volume, tube type, temperature and/or timing conditions) and collection of specimens for urinalysis, 24-hour urines, toxicology and microbiological (sputum and urine), all defined within the standard operating procedures
Must accession all specimens in receiving area and ensure timely transport and distribution of specimens to all sections of the laboratory for immediate processing and testing; if unable to deliver samples due to peak workloads, contacts sectional personnel to transport samples
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (i.e. CPT I/II licensing in California)
Completion of an approved phlebotomy training course (or equivalent)
American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 3 years as a patient service technician/phlebotomist
2-3 years of phlebotomist experience in an acute care setting is preferred
Proficiency in the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup, pediatric blood collections, and difficult draws
All candidates must be able to:
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance

The Medication Coordinator (AL)is responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents' health, and documenting care for Assisted Living residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate medication administration schedules for residents according to prescribed dosages and timing.
Ensure accurate documentation of medication distribution, including maintaining updated records of residents' medication lists and administration logs.
Monitor medication storage and inventory levels, coordinating refills and supplies as needed.
Ensure safety protocols are in place to ensure residents' safety.
Monitor residents' health and any changes in behavior, possible side effects of medication and communicate to appropriate leadership.
Respect and uphold residents' dignity, privacy, and independence.
Collaborate with other members of the care team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, preferably as a medication aide or medicationtechnician.
Knowledge, Skills &Abilities:
Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with residents and staff through both verbal and written means.
Utilize electronic devices and software provided, especially electronic health records.
Understanding of basic healthcare principles or practices.

Under general supervision of Laboratory Supervisor, perform phlebotomy, accessioning, specimen processing, and ordering. Work closely with providers to ensure accuracy of lab orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform phlebotomy on adult, geriatric pediatric or infant patients by venipuncture or dermal puncture as appropriate.
Verify patient information, correctly label lab samples, and match laboratory requisition forms.
Explain collection procedures to patients.
Collect and process various lab samples using appropriate collection procedures. Maintain specimen integrity.
Maintain quality control records and logs as required by policy.
Perform data entry.
Communicate with patients for sample re-collections.
Communicate with reference laboratory as frequently as needed.
Provide sample analysis results to physicians.
Dispose of biohazard waste in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
Maintain and correctly utilize lab equipment. Follow all health and safety protocols.
Train other medical personnel in phlebotomy, point-of-care testing methods, and other laboratory duties.
MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED. Completion of Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist or Medical Technology/Laboratory Science program from an accredited college or university. Associate Degree in related field preferred.
Three (3) months of phlebotomist experience in a clinical healthcare setting OR 40 hours of classroom training in phlebotomy and 120 hours of clinical or practical training in blood drawing from an accredited training/educational program preferred.
Current certification/registration as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, or Medical Laboratory Technologist preferred.
Current BLS certification or must obtain with 30 days of hire.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of laboratory policies, procedures, practices, including infection control requirements, chemical and biological hazards.
Knowledge of governmental and regulating policies and standards.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent motor skills and ability to draw blood.
Ability to maintain a professional, clean and neat appearance.
Must treat patients with a gentle touch and calm, unhurried manner.
Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and records.

Responsibilities
Performs proper specimen collection and labeling procedures used for routine and special procedures
Performs all standard laboratory techniques related to phlebotomy such as correcting patient identification, proper collection of samples (volume, tube type, temperature and/or timing conditions) and collection of specimens for urinalysis, 24-hour urines, toxicology and microbiological (sputum and urine), all defined within the standard operating procedures
Must accession all specimens in receiving area and ensure timely transport and distribution of specimens to all sections of the laboratory for immediate processing and testing; if unable to deliver samples due to peak workloads, contacts sectional personnel to transport samples
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (i.e. CPT I/II licensing in California)
Completion of an approved phlebotomy training course (or equivalent)
American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 3 years as a patient service technician/phlebotomist
2-3 years of phlebotomist experience in an acute care setting is preferred
Proficiency in the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup, pediatric blood collections, and difficult draws
All candidates must be able to:
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
