Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Program Manager of Operations and Supply Chain initiatives with a focus on resolving complex cross-functional challenges. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Key Projects you will lead as needed: * Backlog Recovery: Lead efforts to identify, analyze, and recover past due backlogs. Develop and execute recovery plans to meet customer delivery commitments. * Obsolescence Management: Manage obsolescence risk projects, working with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation and replacement strategies. * Production Ramp-Up: Manage and coordinate various production ramp-up activities to meet increasing demand while maintaining quality and schedule. Support plant capital projects activities.
