Operates, monitors, maintains, and supports Employee Health processes in the hospital and in off site locations; reports to various stakeholders on employee health programs, and fosters a positive work environment, providing outstanding customer service to end-users. Assists the Manager of HR Operations to ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed and quality and service standards are met or exceeded. Manages a team of licensed professionals who perform Employee Health and Occupational Health functions. REQUIRED: 1. Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years of experience in an acute care setting. 2. Three (3) years prior healthcare supervisory role, with experience in operations. Proven skills needed to plan, direct, and coordinate activities and programs involving a wide range of departments. 3. Certification in Occupational Health [COHN or COHNS], or obtain within 18 months of hire. 4. PC proficiency including experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. 5. Certified in Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation [CPR]. PREFERRED: 1. Two years of experience successfully administering Occupational Health, Employee Health, FMLA/ADA, and Workers' Compensation programs. 2. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
