KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the development and implementation of program initiatives which may include the preparation of briefing materials, reports, correspondence and other documents, performing research, developing and maintaining databases, and developing promotional materials.
Communicates with national and possibly international program contacts.
Tracks program expenditures, and may participate in the budget preparation process.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for administering, assessing, and determining housing disability accommodations at Northwestern University. The Housing Access Coordinator position has a dual report to the Associate Director of AccessibleNU and the Director of Operations and Services in Residential Services at the Evanston campus.
Primary work in ANU includes accommodation determination and coordination for housing and dining disability accommodation requests. On an as-needed basis and outside of peak periods within Residential Services (i.e. Returning Student Room Selection, new student housing assignments, etc.), this role contributes to the ANU team through classroom accommodation coordination (i.e. accommodation determination and intakes) and assists with front desk and testing services operations. Daily functions for Residential Services include coordination of requests for housing and dining exceptions, communicating with stakeholders, managing student information, and generating data to inform decision-making.
Reporting under the Division of Student Affairs, the position serves as a campus expert on student related matters regarding accommodations, equal access, and disability and makes compliance-based decisions on behalf of the University. This role provides ongoing leadership to offer services and programs which advance the educational mission of the University and Division of Student Affairs including developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures that recognizes disability as an essential aspect of our campus. This position also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local disability regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.
Pay: The salary range for the Housing Access Coordinator position is $68,500 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Principal Accountabilities:
Disability-Related Accommodation and Exemption Management 70%
* Evaluates requests for disability housing and dining accommodations and provides ongoing accommodation support for students.
* Participate in regular Case Review meetings with Accessible NU for high level requests.
* Interprets disability documentation provided by students including medical, educational, and/or psychological assessments. Conducts intake interviews with students to gather additional information to determine reasonable accommodations.
* Ensures accommodation determinations align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (as amended), Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, state and local disability regulations, the Fair Housing Act, relevant case law and legal guidance, and University policies and procedures.
* Create, maintain, and provide education on housing disability accommodation processes and policies. Serves as main point of contact for housing and dining accommodation requests.
* Generates creative and practical solutions to address current and emerging accommodation needs.
* Uses office database (AIM) to maintain student files including sending accommodation emails, maintaining confidential documentation, scheduling appointments, recording meetings and case notes, and documenting communications with students, guardians, and university personnel regarding the accommodation process.
* Engages with University personnel via the interactive process to assist with implementation of complex accommodations (e.g. residence hall modifications, emotional support and service animals, temporary injuries, housing reassignments, flexibility with attendance and deadlines, etc.)

* Manage process for residency requirement/dining exception requests and collaborate with Residential Services to facilitate decision-making process with campus partners for requests not connected to disability related accommodations (e.g. family situations, financial circumstances, religious observances, etc.).
* Uses office database to maintain student files including sending emails, maintaining confidential documentation, scheduling appointments, recording meetings and case notes, and documenting communications with students, guardians, and university personnel regarding the exceptions process.
* Liaise between Residential Services and campus partners.
* Create, collect, and track data related to number and type of requests.
* Create annual report of all accommodation and exception requests.
Special Assignments 5%
* Participates in developing and implementing strategic planning goals, objectives, and assessments.
* On an as-needed basis and outside of peak periods within Residential Services, performs ANU back-up functions such as front desk duties and test proctoring/coordinating.
* Assists the ANU Associate Director of Evanston and the Residential Services Director of Operations and Services with overall unit functional areas.

* Provides consultation services, information sessions to students and guardians, in-service trainings, workshops, events, orientations, and programming to University constituents, local and state communities with respect to definitions, perspectives, implications, applications of professional research, state and federal laws, the transition to post-secondary education, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Familiarity with the complexities of medical documentation and its alignment with accommodation determination, including the interpretation of test results such as the WAIS, Woodcock Johnson, and other diagnostics within the DSM-V.

Job Summary
The Community Outreach Coordinator for the Institute for Health Logistics & Analytics is responsible for engaging and educating organizations and individuals within targeted communities. This role entails executing tasks related to funded projects and organizing both scheduled and unscheduled visits to community events. The coordinator serves as a representative of the project, the IHLA, and GSU, collaborating with other agencies and community resources and works alongside the IHLA's director, project manager, office manager, and other coordinators to devise and implement the outreach strategy. In addition, the coordinator provides administrative, clerical, and technical support for the implementation of assigned projects and develops and maintains cooperative working relationships with staff from various community organizations to gain support and foster connections. The coordinator's duties involve in-person interactions within the community, supplemented by remote communications.
This is a 100% contract-funded position and continuation of employment is dependent upon continued funding.

The Program Coordinator (ETS) primary duties are organizing, coordinating, and planning operational facets of a program and its related activities which include, but are not limited to the following: establishing long-term operational objectives, researching factors that may impact the success of the program, and working with individuals or groups to research and document program requirements in order to provide appropriate input into the development of strategic plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement.
Conducts research and gathers information to develop various publications.
Develops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program.
Assists in developing and coordinating program-related conferences, conventions, or meetings.
Monitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports.
May assist in identifying funding resources and developing fund-raising strategies and initiatives.
Prepares operational and statistical reports.
Conducts training, represents the program at meetings and conferences, and networks with affiliated groups.
May supervise assigned project staff, interns and/or volunteers.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
This is not an administrative support position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Working closely with the Assistant Dean of Communications, this position coordinates projects, timelines, and deliverables across a dynamic team responsible for editorial, internal, research, digital, and visual communications.
The coordinator serves as a central point of connection-helping ensure the team's work reflects the College's priorities, aligns with the Dean's vision, and contributes to Emory College's reputation as a leading liberal arts institution. Project Coordination & Workflow Management
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and task tracking systems to ensure alignment across communications functions (editorial, internal, research, web, and visual storytelling).
Maintain clear documentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, outcomes, and metrics to support ongoing reporting and strategic storytelling.
Anticipate needs and coordinate follow-through on behalf of the Assistant Dean, ensuring priorities stay on schedule and communication flows across the team.
Attend select meetings on behalf of the Assistant Dean to capture action items, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain progress updates.
Serve as a liaison between the Communications team, campus partners, and external collaborators.
Draft or edit correspondence, summaries, and content updates that support the College's storytelling and outreach efforts.
Support internal communications flow-ensuring shared folders, story pipelines, and project management systems remain organized and current.
Track budget expenditures, vendor invoices, and project-related spending; assist with forecasting and financial documentation for communications initiatives.
Compile metrics and qualitative highlights that demonstrate communications impact. Operational Support
Assist in coordinating studio scheduling, digital asset management, and production logistics for photo and video storytelling.
Maintain organizational systems that promote accountability, efficiency, and clarity across all communications activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders with attention to detail and follow-through.

Oversee all administrative operations of the residency program, ensuring timely execution of activities and adherence to institutional and accreditation requirements.
Partner with the Residency Program Director to develop, implement, and monitor strategic work plans and long-term program goals.
Lead the preparation and coordination of accreditation activities, including ACGME surveys, WebADS updates, CCC/PEC meetings, and site visit readiness.
Manage required submissions to the Emory GME Office (FTE budget, duty hours, evaluations, letters of agreement, and other compliance documents).
Program Coordination & Events:
Plan and coordinate residency orientation, graduation, and other program-related events in collaboration with program leadership.
Maintain rotation schedules, evaluations, and program workflows within New Innovations.
Oversee resident leave, reimbursements, rosters, and communication with the American Board of Pathology.
Manage all logistics for the ASCP RISE exam, including registration, scheduling, communication, and technical readiness.
Recruitment:
Lead the full residency recruitment cycle: pre-interview webinars, ERAS application review, interview scheduling, evaluation management, ranking meeting coordination, and NRMP rank list submission.
Communication & Content Management:
Maintain and update residency program website content and secure OneDrive repositories.
Represent the program at meetings and conferences and support collaborations with internal and external partners.
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
Monitor program expenditures, support budget planning, and prepare financial reports.
Assist in identifying funding opportunities and supporting fundraising initiatives.
Leadership & Support:
Provide supervision and mentorship to the Residency Program Administrative Assistant.
Support international trainees by coordinating visa processes (H-1B/J-1) and assisting with immigration-related needs.
Additional Information:
On-site presence is required at least four days per week.
Additional duties may be assigned to support program success.

Support the Nurse Manager and other nursing leadership teams with administrative duties actively participate in preparation of regulatory agency reviews, identifying means of cost containment, coordinating unit staffing schedules, and ensuring communication regarding areas of concern to the Nurse Manager.
Supports administrative decisions and facilitates daily operational issues with the staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor's degree in nursing; or Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate's degree in nursing with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience: 2 years of experience preferred in a procedural area and a minimum of 6 months of experience in that service line.
Licensure: Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
Certification: BLS and ACLS certifications required, and applicable certification based on specialty may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium): 20-50 lbs; 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 50 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Designs, implements, and coordinates one or more programs within Transportation and Parking Services: transportation, parking, or fleet programs
Analyzes, maintains, and tracks trends of customer interaction data using a variety of systems, including customer relations management system, parking management systems, access control systems, transportation systems, fleet information management system, and related tools to process transactions, investigate and resolve issues
Schedules, organizes, and provides outreach and education on departmental programs
Develops program communication for department and customers
Maintains department process and program knowledge base documentation
Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement
Develops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program
Monitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports
Performs related responsibilities as required

Important details regarding core duties and responsibilities include:
Coordinates the access, parking, staging, and other event logistics necessary to support university/healthcare school, department or division events, conferences, meetings, and signature campus wide events
Interfaces with customers to plan TPS support for events
Coordinates with TPS staff and Parking vendor on staffing plans, equipment staging, barricades, signage, etc. to provide support for events
May conduct pre-event site/venue tours with customers
Recommends appropriate support options based on the scope and specifications of the event
Liaises with catering vendors, Staging staff, and other parties participating in producing the event
Creates TPS operational plans and calendars
Coordinates billing for TPS activities to customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Planning or related field and three years of program planning experience, OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
Organized, Detail Oriented, Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
MS Outlook: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Event management experience
Parking software experience for ex. Flash Parking Systems or other similar Parking system
