As CIO since 2017, I helped recruit exceptional leaders and guided significant upgrades to technology infrastructure, allowing EBMS to better serve members and evolve into a fully integrated healthcare management company with a national presence.

Across 25 years of experience, I’ve designed and implemented enterprise technology architectures necessary to form a solid and innovative foundations for business growth. We’ve been able to rapidly leverage the advantages of emerging technologies to drive business success. I’m adept at navigating the vast business process of financial services, insurance and healthcare to form a solid bond between business and technology.

After a successful sale and transition of Health Plan Services to Wipro Ltd., I moved to EBMS as its new CIO. I was responsible for the complete technology and product strategy and execution.

I was excited to get back to a full end-to-end heathcare services organization that has a positive impact on the well-being of the people we serve. In six years at HealthPlan Services, I had the pleasure of helping customers connect to the public exchanges.

Prior to HealthPlan Services, I served as Vice President of Systems and Technology and acting CIO for CareSource, where I was responsible for directing all aspects the healthcare IT strategy.

Previous positions include VP, Technology for MetLife, where I orchestrated the development and implementation of emerging technology infrastructure. I also served as Vice President of Equity Technologies at Lehman Brothers

I graduated magna cum lade from Medaille College in Buffalo, N.Y., with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.
