I am an Experience Designer and Design Executive. I recently founded and launched Mirra.co, a PaaS that allows anyone to create professional quality AR and VR experiences – without 3D expertise and without code. Over the course of the past few decades, I've worked directly with leaders from companies such as Apple, the BBC, Microsoſt, MoMA, Nike, Google and TED Conferences to help them conceive, create, and deliver new products and brands. One of my primary skills is in identifying and managing talent from many disciplines at every experience level. In 1998 I founded and was CEO of the design and innovation consultancy , which over the course of 15+ years I helped grow to a $30m+ARR, 100+ person firm with offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. I also conceived and cofounded one of the first design-focused product accelerators, Matter Design Lab, headquartered in London. In 2013 I co-authored a book entitled ''Experience Design: A Framework for Integrating Brand, Experience, and Value''. The book focuses on how businesses can most effectively harness design to create greater customer engagement.
