Partner with engineering teams on equipment shutdowns and obsolescence projects planned for 2026-2027. Drive planning efforts for 2026 and execution of equipment moves in 2027. Strategic Initiatives Support growth in reusable device manufacturing and packaging programs across the network. Coordinate resources and author change controls and deviations as needed. Ensure compliance with cGMPs and internal quality standards throughout all phases of project execution. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. As a Project Manager at Walker, you will work on projects including: · Managing various design projects from initial concept through construction completion.· Manage the financial and schedule elements of the project.· Coordinate with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and Consultants to achieve project goals.· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives, provide technical guidance, and ensure high satisfaction levels.· Contribute to business development and marketing activities, including developing client relationships, writing proposals, responding to requests, and participating in interviews.· Mentor, guide, and provide technical support to junior engineers and designers, fostering professional development.· Maintaining strong relationships in the industry and with our clients.· Participating in networking activities and representing our firm at industry meetings and conferences. What You Bring: Education Requirements:· Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred) in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. Other Requirements:- 1+ years of experience managing projects (schedule, budget, client relationships, deliverables).· 5+ years of experience in structural engineering design.· A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) is required.· Strong communication and team skills are necessary.· Willingness and ability to travel.
