PURPOSE: Reporting to the Director of Quality and Food Safety - Americas, this role requires outstanding knowledge of world class quality and food safety principles, systems, standards, and approach with both an internal and external lens. Position Summary/What You'll Do Lead municipal engineering initiatives-zoning, utilities, planning, parks, and more-while serving as a trusted advisor to municipal clients. You will ensure projects meet objectives, regulatory requirements, and community needs, all while developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities * Lead project lifecycles-planning, execution, delivery * Create project plans, schedules, and budgets * Manage, develop, and maintain municipal client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor * Liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders to align objectives * Monitor and adapt project performance * Generate and present status reports * Collaborate with officials, community members, and internal peers on solutions * Backfill municipal teams during transitions and assist onboarding * Draft municipal infrastructure plans * Use demographic, growth, transit, and environmental data to guide designs * Attend evening meetings as necessary Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's in a relevant technical field * = 8 years of relevant AEC industry experience, including internships * = 4 years of project management experience within the AEC industry * Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining municipal client relationships * Strong project software, computer, communication, and organizational skills * Municipal planning experience (comprehensive planning, ordinances, zoning) * Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects collaboratively Preferred: * Certifications or ability to obtain them (e.g. PMP or municipal planning credentials) What We Offer * Competitive salary range commensurate with experience * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development, tuition assistance, and support for licensure * A culture that values relationships, ownership, and excellence RETTEW is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
