Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Finance and other business units to understand security requirements and integrate security measures into business processes. Provide technical Leadership and guidance to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Core HCM, Security, and Reporting)
At least 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
