CNS is a rapidly expanding company seeking a EHS Manager to support the team. The EHS Manager will serve as the cognizant expert in matters relating to HSE and shall have the authority to stop work activity in the event of imminent danger to the health and safety of workers, the public, or the environment. The Safety Manager will ensure understanding and compliance with CNS Congruex HSE Department, client, local, state, and federal government health, safety, and environmental regulations and requirements.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Primary responsibilities will consist of the administration and management of a comprehensive HSE training and program compliance to promote and ensure safe work practices, conditions and worker activities of CNS subcontractor, sub-tiered subcontractor employees; as well as the integration of our company HSE policies with the client's HSE programs. Support all HSE efforts for CNS and promote Congruex Safety culture.

Play a key role in ensuring organizational compliance with FDA pharmacovigilance regulations and preventing regulatory risk.
Independently evaluate the severity of patient-reported issues in alignment with internal SOPs and federal guidelines.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and partner agreements to ensure inspection readiness at all times.
Qualifications
A minimum of two to four years of pharmacovigilance and/or clinical trial experience is required. If no pharmacovigilance or clinical trial experience, a medical degree (RN, PharmD, etc) with four to five years of clinical experience is required.
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations (CFR/GVP), ICH Guidelines and/or Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
HIPAA compliant - handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Capable of discussing adverse events and complaints in a patient-facing setting. Experience in generating monthly safety reports and performing reconciliation. Meticulous attention to detail and the maintenance of precise documentation pertaining to safety data and related activities are required.

Job Title: Safety and Training Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $42,000 - $44,900 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
MyCity Transportation is seeking a Safety and Training Manager lead safety monitoring, driver training, accident investigation, and on-road supervision. This role ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA, contract, and company safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and investigate accidents and incidents, including scene documentation, interviews, and reporting
Classify accidents based on preventability standards and support the Accident Review Board
Conduct road supervision, ride-alongs, and behind-the-wheel evaluations
Analyze accident trends and recommend corrective and refresher training
Deliver new-hire, refresher, and remedial safety training
Perform facility and operational safety inspections (OSHA, Fire Code,environmental)
Coordinate substance abuse testing and safety compliance programs
Serve as liaison with contractors, insurance carriers, and risk management partners
Maintain safety, training, and qualification records
Lead safety meetings and coordinate Safety Committee activities
Support supervisors with coaching, retraining, and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 3-4 years of transportation, paratransit, or fleet safety experience
Experience in accident investigation, safety training, and road supervision preferred
Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Valid driver's license required
Strong communication, organization, and judgment skills
Physical & Work Environment
A combination of vehicle, yard, classroom, and outdoor environments
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
Exposure to varying weather conditions and moving vehicles

What You'll Do and Who We Are Looking For

Under the direction of a manager or director, ensures the design, construction, repair and maintenance of all fire, intrusion and life safety systems (systems) meet college expectations. Incumbent receives and evaluates work orders and requests, investigates requests and troubleshoots problems where appropriate, establishes priorities and coordinates with contractors, when required, to make necessary repairs. Incumbent provides subject matter expertise related to systems. Incumbent manages the work of outside contractors to make sure all work meets college requirements and applicable codes. Incumbent reviews and approves contractor invoices. May assist other departments with wiring or installations within license authority.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- State of Oregon Limited Energy Electrical License, NICET II (Fire Alarms) or equivalent (please be sure to list your licenses in your cover letter or the Skills section of the application).
- Two years of experience with Fire and Life Safety code compliance, service and maintenance across a broad spectrum of fire and life safety systems.
- One year of experience inspecting Fire and Life Safety Systems.
- Silent Knight Intelliknight certification within one year of hire.

- Experience designing, installing, and reviewing construction and remodel projects.

How We Determine Initial Salary Placement
The first two steps of the range are: $68,271 to $70,230 per year. Higher salary placement may be available based on qualifications, experience and internal equity. (Full range: $68,271 to $109,553)
