Provide assistance and expertise for developing a national natural resources program to include the latest guidance, examples, and information resources in managing endangered or threatened species, wetlands, erosion control, habitat development, native landscaping, and wildlife in general.
Assists in matters relating to Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Federal Insecticide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) I Executive Orders, and all other environmental areas under the umbrella of a comprehensive environmental management system (EMS) to include second party certifications at BOP facilities as they pertain to environmental matters.
