My favorite benefit was the pay and benefits. But a very toxic environment you have to live in the same little town as the foreman which we’re all brothers and kin folk.

Never met or heard from the guy probably living it up in his mansion or driving his 1000 mustangs he owned.

Get rid of the clicks and allow others the opportunity.

IT management in San Antonio has "Good Old Boys" culture and no management training. Sort of a buddy hires a buddy and promotes their buddy system.
