Mr. Khoo has been ePAK’s Chief Operating Officer since ePAK’s founding in 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Khoo served as Vice President responsible for manufacturing operations at Peak International Limited, where he was employed for 12 years. Mr. Khoo has also worked for Advanced Micro Devices and Thomson-CSF.

Experienced financial executive with diverse leadership qualities gained by working and living across three continents. Creating shareholder value for companies with revenues from $350 million to $700 million private equity owned firms to Fortune 500 companies in consumer, manufacturing, service, and life science industries. Proven ability to attract, develop and retain top talent.

I have successfully completed my most recent international assignment (four years in Asia). As the cultures, routes to market, distribution and where each country lies on digital/eCommerce spectrum is distinct, each country required different approaches to drive solutions.

These diverse global experiences have given me the unique ability to assess leadership, use data/ analytics to determine root causes, build teams across geographies, retain/ motivate key people, and implement specific strategies to grow the top and bottom lines across each business unit.
