As a key member of the GTM team, you will be responsible for system administration, design, and development of Salesforce implementation using OOB and Custom applications. Work closely with product owners, architects, other engineers, and QA. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs * Implement and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware * Prioritize declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Dynamic Page Layouts) where appropriate, applying a "clicks before code" philosophy * Ensure data integrity and synchronization across Salesforce objects and external platforms * Collaborate closely with cross-functional Product teams, including Product Managers, Cross-Domain Architects, UX Designers, QA, offshore teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions * Analyze business requirements/functional designs and work with product owners, BSAs, and other engineers to design/develop/document systems and application software * Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals * Determine when to use out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities, when to leverage pre-packaged AppExchange solutions, and when to code a custom solution * Participate in all phases of software development/implementation including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support. * Utilize Salesforce skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality in a complex, global org * Provide recommendations for when Salesforce customization is required versus Out-of-the-box solutions. * Understanding of full stack technologies and how they can integrate with Salesforce to enhance overall system functionality and user experience * Design and develop solutions for 'Lead to Quote' including Lead Management, Contact Management Campaign/Campaign Members, Lead Process, Sales Process, Account Management * Develop new solutions for Pre-sales strategy and processes including Lead Creation/Nurture/Conversion, Scoring, Database Governance, GDPR Consent, Lead-to-Account Management, Data Orchestration, Contact Management and association with Lead/Account, and Partner-led deals * Create prototypes and proofs of concept to refine and define requirements.
