In 2004, Caldwell started his own venture, ERP Logic, where he currently resides as Founder and CEO. ERP Logic's focus was SAP ERP consulting and implementation, augmenting resource gaps with highly skilled and experienced SAP consultants for companies undergoing any phase of an ERP implementation. In 2008, right after the market crash, Caldwell and his team developed the Integrated Financial Supply Chain Management (iFSCM) solution for SAP ERP which accelerated collections and dispute management, a major issue facing most companies at that time and still today.
