Demonstrates level of treatment associated with their specialty provided to their clients/patients. Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organization. Qualifications Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure. Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation. Requires current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment. When applicable, may require valid driver's license and expected to travel up to 50% of the time based on needs.
