Getting paid
Some of them are well seasoned while others are lacking in their roles.
I would fire some in management that get nothing done and their departments suffer in production or quality, because of the lack of ownership. I found that some male managers were only wanting to be surrounded by females as subordinates and treated other male colleagues as threats rather than a colleague. The work culture was grotesque and in need of revaluation starting from QA management. It had a trickle down affect onto production.
